again and again, someone writes a letter, or gives a stirring interview, something, and people go YEAH, GO GO GO THAT WAS AWESOME!! WE'RE GONNA...

and then nothing. happens.

Nothing happens because no one is really willing to risk their life. the founding fathers risked their lives for freedom. we would have to do the same.

you willing to do that?

are you REALLY willing to do that?

I think not. I think we americans are happy slaves in a gilded cage. I say gilded because, even with things as bad as they are, we still live better than most other citizens anywhere on earth. Only a few of us would really take a bullet to gain that freedom. and a few is all it will be, because as soon as one freedom fighter catches a bullet to his dome, the rest of you will be running away faster than libya's "opposition" every time they see qaddafi's forces coming down to open up a can of whup ass on their sorry asses. Your asses will be moving so fast someone will start to wonder when the american people came up with a working warp drive.

I said it in another thread. We need warriors. We need gunslingers. what we have are tough-talking e-freedom fighters spouting # on the internet. I'm not saying I'm any different, god knows what I'd do when facing the prospect of getting shot down in a blaze of glory. I'd like to think I would stand fast. that I would remember the face of my father, if you will.

Truth is, I won't know till the bullets start to fly.

A journey he shared with us, to see first hand a man who was skeptical and has now realized the truth. Thank you Jesse for showing us just how real it is. s&F.

Just exactly who are TPTB and pals? Are they from this planet or "out of this world"? My take on the matter is that these 'Serfs" merely acted out a script that they need not pursue --- war, poverty, death, etc. I reckon y'all need to reclassify "revolution" and find out if "fighting back" is truly worth your futile lives.

Its coming and when it does we need to track those responcible down with the same viger used in the pretend search for bin-laden and bring them to justice. (yes i know it is more than likly he is already dead but he's like jesus and can change the laws of physics)

The youth of today are too rapped up in I-Pads but they will rise up sooner or later else the older people will do it by themselves, we have no other option but i do exspect to see another false flag attack before then and i think that within two months we are going to see a major market crash so anyone working the market on the inside needs to take copies before the paper is shreaded and the drives are smashed because it will make good insurance later.

That comment chilled me to the bone....

Somehow I suspect you know exactley who TPTB are, and the "out of this world" force that rules them.
I wouldn't rule out the will of the people just yet, scripts can be re-written, and all the good people have a pretty powerful "out of this world" editor........

Jesse is one hell of a man to step up and take it to the powers that be. I can clearly see, he is tired of their bull$hit and everything he stated in the open letter is a fact. How much longer are we going to stand by and let these giant corporations keep kicking us to the ground? As long as we have people who want to keep on sucking the Govt. tit, our problems will continue. I would love to see Jesse run for POTUS. InMHO, he would make one hell of a president.

maybe he is a politician. maybe he's rich. but he went out there and earned those things for himself. He wasn't some big celebrity senator or cable news congressman, he was a state governor. and a low-key one, at that. He wasn't handed his role in society, he earned it.

He knows more about blood, sweat and tears than the majority of our nation's political leaders. Say what you will about pro wrestling, but getting up and performing a very physical routine night after night all across the nation, living out of busses and vans and eating at gas stations takes some balls.

and is there really a lot of money to be made in the conspiracy circuit? Icke, Jones and Ventura are really the only guys making any serious loot these days, and I don't see any of them living it up with george clooney and brad pitt on a yacht in Italy.

Do you disagree with the content of the letter? do you think that Jesse Ventura is a bad guy? One of THEM? I just don't see what naysaying really accomplishes here.

Just as Roman Gladiators entertained the masses and earned wealth, women, and eventually their freedom, Pro-Wrestling, Football, Baseball, the whole entertainment industry, is designed not just to entertain you, but to guide you in the direction you are wanted to go. I do not blame anyone for the role they play in this grand game of chess. Material wealth and self glorification are powerful adversaries. Even the religious have succumbed to it's allure.

The fact remains, one cannot serve two masters.

So, regardless of whether anyone says something factual or not, I will always question the motive. If there is money behind it, and there is in this case, then I will always walk away.

Do what you will. I know what is destroying this world, and I war against it.

With Love,

Your Brother

If we had an organized Resistance, I would gladly die so that my daughter doesn't have to live in the gilded labyrinth we rats have raced through for a hundred years or so. The problem is that these bastards have such a firm grasp on the Military-Media-Medicine-Money Machine that we can't get anything together.

Just when "the movement" begins to gain steam, they throw Glenn Beck at us and DHS starts telling local law to watch out for those home-grown domestic terrorists. We can't really rush out into the streets tomorrow, because the vast majority of citizens would see us as terrorists. The sheep love the status quo. The cops would see us as criminals and eventually the military would see us as enemy combatants. that's why it's important to promote messages like this, and not let our own cynicism defeat us.

As impatient as you may be, making history is a long process, and we need leaders like Jesse to keep standing up and getting the word out. For every ATSer who just blindly chants along with the crowd, there are two or three sheep who's ears perk up and who think "what is this Ventura guy talking about?"

Once you become a parent, you'll see that it's not just about this generation, right now, anymore. There are more humans lined up to take our place, and we need to think in the long term for their sake.

Sure, pro wrestling is an opiate for the masses. That doesn't change what the individual man or woman who does it for a living gains out of it, or how it shapes the person they are. I just don't see how much money Ventura could make off of a letter like this. Now if he gets a new show or does radio or something in a few months, maybe we should be more skeptical. The fact is that Ventura hasn't done any one thing that you can point to and use as evidence of ulterior motive.

Yes, our society is run by cash, so unless you want to be a hermit in the mountains, you have to play the game. Should every person who dislikes the system just step away from it? or work from inside it to change it for the better? I just don't think that you can say "there's money involved, so don't trust him." I'm certain that if I became a millionaire tomorrow, you could still trust my word and I would still hold the same values and beliefs.

Skepticism is healthy, blatant distrust is not. I, for one, will wait until Mr. Ventura proves me wrong before I stop supporting him.

In case you missed it on page 6, this letter was his opening post on HIS new website to promote HIMSELF.

Link

This is nothing more than marketing for his label.

You cannot serve two masters in this world my friend. You simply cannot. You will either serve money and be subject to the ruling powers who know nothing about or you will serve mankind and be free. That is the choice now facing people. You will know better when the system collapses in on itself and a better system of total control is implemented. Then you will know you too must make a choice, or doom your own children to eternal servitude of the rulership of Man.

If you became a millionaire tomorrow, I would not trust you. You would have already made the choice to receive your rewards from Man. Anyone who is not willing to walk away from the system, to throw down the false idols which enslave mankind of wealth, power, and prestige is not worthy of my trust. That unwillingness to let go means one is always attached to the material traps of this world.

Discern how you see fit my friend. There is a war raging as we speak. Battle lines are being drawn. You will have to make the choice. Will you choose the side of perpetual warfare and slavery of mankind as countless generations before you, or will you risk everything that that system can be thrown down and a new system built on equality and love for all can be built?

Final Warning

I know which side I stand on. Those who choose the world of wealth, power, and prestige are not worthy to be in my camp.

Have you seen the Plan at the bottom of my posts?

With Love,

Your Brother

Another problem with organized resistance is that organizations will be infiltrated. once the gov. have a target, the target is locked. that's why cosa nostra's "commission" hasn't met in 25 years..it's a fat target. nope, individual, loosely-affiliated small groups would be the way to go. I am impatient; you say it would be a generational struggle, I look at egypt and so on down the line and think we could get this done right the hell now.

but we won't.

All this talk about a "resistance" is dangerous. A revolution shouldn't include phrases like "bullets start flying" and the like. Actual physical resistance is something that should never be considered unless the government in question is doing the same first. That kind of "resistance" should only happen after every official channel has been sought out and failed by the populous.

I mean... really, we can't even get our nation to vote for anybody other than one of two illusionary political parties. If the majority of the population votes for the republican/democrat party, then the majority has chosen this tyranny you all complain about. Just because people are choosing to be ignorant does not mean democracy is broken. We must first prove that people like us are the majority and then, if we are still oppressed, then you can start thinking of taking up more progressive measures. But, if we were ever the majority, we wouldn't need to have this conversation as people would already be on the streets.

A revolution, yah right. Americas sleeping giant has been gassed while he was sleeping, that giant will not be comming back up. a revolution. More like america, the sheeple. baaa, baaaa. go follow the rest of the heard. Americas elite pick on the weak and rob them blind in the night. What makes america any different. You will get robbed, cheated, lied to, and congress baught off. Face it, your done. all a bunch of words, the elites rules you. What cha gonna do, what cha gonna do when they come for you. and they will, you just wait and see. Silence of the lambs. Sound familiar. revolution. whatever.

Understood. I'm not advocating violence. I'm just acknowledging that, at some point, it may come to that.

Edit: although, I have to say, that committing false flag terrorist attacks against your own citizens(9/11, oklahoma city) counts as "shooting first" in my book. they've been using violence against us for quite some time now. just sayin'.

The plan is simple.

Hit the streets with MASSIVE demonstrations day and night AND DEMAND CHANGE! Massive civil disobedience . . . things like shut down traffic; shut down Wall Street; huge boycotts of companies that outsource jobs; harass politicians and picket their homes, and have recalls for them all over the country. It’s happening all over the world, but the US.

What we don’t need is violence

The very thing that is causing our discontent is what keeps us from staging an effective demonstration: A central government controlling a large geography.

Other nations do not have this problem; their entire voter population can physically show up at their capitol buildings within a matter of hours. We, on the other hand, would not be able to get very many people to Washington, DC even with tons of planning. Most of our people still have jobs and taking the time off to participate would most certainly seal their families' fates. They know this.

I think decentralization will have to happen before any large-scale demonstration could happen. And, of course, if we were decentralized, most of us would be content and there would be no need. I think it's up to individual states to start taking up their people's flags. This is why I support those insane Texans when they start talking about splitting off: it's a start and it's more than the other states are doing right now.
