btw, when i said he 'took the podium' i was quite serious.
dude walked up, gave it a good yank.
pulled again, then put his back into it and ripped it out of the floor.
someone must have seen this coming, damn thing was bolted to the floor.
bush must have done this in the past and had it much easier.
only makes sense, i mean obama has expanded on all his other policies also.

Maybe i missed it,but did he say anything about reducing the Deficit? All i hear about is "Spending,Investing,Spending,Promise,Spending..." etc pp.

Gadafi will gladly quote Obama....while Obama will quote Chavez before he quotes Gadafi?

Or use the comparison of a drug addict. Government has a heroin problem and is stealing (printing money) and taking Mom's credit card (national debt) to pay the drug lord. Obama just said using a scalpal is the way to go in reducing this debt thingy (addiction). So, rather than an intervention for the heroin addict (machete), we need to make a deal with the heroin addict not to steal or take dear old Mother's credit card (scalpal approach) until he is less addicted?
