Just something I think you guys should see. Syria is a very modernized country in comparison to the rest of Asia. They're heavily influenced by French laws, and very far from the extremist Sharia laws that are only present in "Bedwin" countries, which translates into something like "uncivilized"...or people stuck in the past.
