A song that , to you, has the largest emotional effect on you. A song that you fear to play, makes you nervous, makes you cry, fills you with joy. A song that brings out the most emotional response, whether it be sadness or happiness.

May not necessarily be your favorite song I suppose.

This song has made me cry / makes me cry.

I don't know why but this is my favorite song of all time. I guess its a combination of many things. The lyrics, the guitar, the time it came out etc

This one has had a big impact on me lately. I used to hate the whole album, but now I see it as a possible direction for us all. In all fairness, you kind of have to hear the whole album at once to get the full impact of this song as it tells a story throughout. But I especially like the revelation he has at the end. See my signature.

I won't torture you with my karaoke version -
- but here is the inspiration of my life:

Mercy Me has a version of this with a "normal" video, but I prefer listening to the Michael W. Smith version.

I hope you enjoyed it.

Bob Marley's "Get up, Stand Up".

It's been my motto song since I was a boy. It's a timeless song that can be "cut and paste" at any time in history were there is oppression and revolution.

"Get up, Stand up" WILL BE the title track in the biggest revolution in history. Where will the next "revolution domino" fall?

"Get up! Stand up! Stand up for your rights!"

Big Jedi

I have too many songs to name that I find deep and meaningful, so I'll just name one of them. One of the deepest.

Enjoy the hearing.

I have two actually....

This one makes me remember my Mom, when she was ill and in the hospital when it was time to leave she would sing this song, and she would sing it in a sweet way and I would say tomorrow Mom, oh man breaks my heart. But I think of her every time I hear it, I actually can't bring myself to listen to it.

and this one reminds me of my Dad when I was little, we would drive to wisconsin and when this song would come on he would sing it and dance to it, and do some cool thing and communicate with the semi's with the headlights lol, I would be sitting on my Mom's lap in the front seat, I had to of been 5, yes people this was the early 80's, car seats werent a big deal lol.

Ok waterworks and tears coming, lol, gotta stop!! lol.

Currently this one....

I don't have a lifelong most profound song... I find profound wisdom in many a ditty, also I wouldn't be able to choose a favourite all-time song, just a favourite for the time being.

This has always been my happy song

It has personal meaning as well.

I could be in the worst mood and you can play this and I will always smile

There's a lot about this song that I can relate to but, "I always thought I'd see you again" flattens me every time for a very good reason.
