Torture company contracted for irish census!

as above it seems that the irish government have contracted a company named CACI UK which are a subsidiary of CACI international, i have read reports of this company being contracted for the UK and Scotish census also. but what bothers me is that these companies have bein reportedly contracted for torture in iraq prisons on the prisoners to get information from them. why in the world would they be hiried to do a census for a country, esp with everyones personal information on those sheets?? i know if i had it my way i would not be filling out that info but i dont want a 25,000 euro fine.
also read somewhere that this company is facing 200 prosocutions for crimes against humanity ie. torture!
also read that this company has links to US millatery intellagence

my question is why in the world would the government hire these guys? are they willingly selling our info for money to these people??
