The problem with an economic collapse is it would damage China more than it would the US.

I for one am ready to chuck the UN out the window. A year or so ago there was a suggestion that democracies should withdraw from the UN and start their own UN style setup.

Does the US have flaws? Absolutely.

However I would still rather be tried in a US court than a Chinese court. China though has made some positive progress. They no longer charge the family for the bullet.

I think you would only want to be tried in US court if certain conditions are met, the same goes for China. After all, in US if those conditions are not met, you wouldn't get a just trial, the same goes for China.

I don't think Al-Awlaki would want to be tried in US courts, due to those conditions I'm talking about.
