The average price of a slave has decreased during the past 200 years, according to Kevin Bales, a leading abolitionist who has written several books about modern-day slavery. In 1809, the average price of a slave was $40,000 when adjusted to today’s money. In 2009, the average price of a slave was $90, Bales says.

I think it goes much deeper than what we see on the headlines. There is something they don't tell us, we are all slaves in their eyes. We make money to support them and us, the result is the rich get richer, the poor get poorer. When is it the elites turn to pay for everything? They hold onto most of the world's wealth while the rest of us watch it all slip from our grasp. If they would lump the taxes together and show people just how much they are really paying just to be alive, it would shock people out of their complacency. They could call it the Life tax. If you've ever wondered why they would do all the things they do to the peoples of the world, it is because we make it so easy for them to do this to us. People that only believe what they see on TV are a prime example. Everyone knows at least 2 people that fall into this category.
Here's my take on why slave prices decreased, inflation doesn't work for just money. Now human life is worth less every year according to their way of thinking.
I will pay $90 bucks for a slave... Do I get to pick them out myself???
