Checked out my youtube subscriptions list this morning and saw that we had a UFO sighting not far from where I live this past weekend and found it to
be very interesting to say the least:
But what struck me even more was how I reacted when I saw it among my new subscription uploads. I was like "Babe, looks like Phoenix had another UFO
sighting this past weekend" to my wife who is just chilling on the other couch with whom responded "Oh really? Wow okay" and that was it! Then I
considered not even clicking on the video....instead moving on to something else. Then it hit me...like WHY?!? Why would I not be interested
anymore...when at one point in BOTH of our lives we would have been like "NO WAY?!? For real!? Let me check that out!!"
And in fact, I found it to be a quite interesting watch. You even see that there are others in the video that were noticing the strange movements in
the sky and capturing video themselves on a cell phone camera. Although I am sure that it won't be long until our resident ATS debunkers flock to
this thread and begin shredding it apart, and that's fine as I personally think that the video does a pretty good job at standing on it's own, but
that is only part of this thread.
The other part, a significant part IMO is how come I felt the way I did regarding this, what-used-to-be-exciting-OMG news of a UFO sighting? What has
happened? What's going on? And last but not least, am I alone in feeling this way now? Am I quickly becoming a product, and a result of some Social
Engineering project that has begun "engineering" the populace in a way that makes something that used to elicit much excitement to now bringing out so
much as a "Oh wow that's neat" as a person then goes about their daily business no matter how insignificant/mundane that business is?
I know most always held the belief that full "disclosure" would not ever come out in a:
"As President of I feel it is my duty to inform the citizens of our country that ET's are real and among us"
With that said, would THIS or what I had described above be the preferred choice in which to disclose the UFO/ET phenomenon to the world you think?
Because I cannot say at this point in time how I would react to such an official statement being officially released however, I think I CAN SAY with a
certain amount of confidence that if it WERE to be officially released that ET/UFO's are in fact real and have been among us for some time now, that I
do not believe that it would impact me to the extent of how it would have impacted me say....5 or 10 years ago.
Thoughts? Anyone else feeling in a similar way and ever questioned it at all? Any thoughts on the above video? I felt it to be quite possibly real,
but these days it seems that anything can be made to be "quite possibly real" therefore leaving many not knowing what or what not to believe
Many Ufo's like this have been debunked as being skydivers. Not sure, if it is the case here, but the lights (whatever they are) seem to be
descending...
I know exactly how you feel, I used to get so excited about sightings too before, I'd leave everything else and do my research on it, but nowadays
I'm the same as you lot ... I'll have a glance at it when I'm bored ...
I guess the hoax videos etc. have affected us a lot and the fact that anything that comes out is always and mostly debunked ... The governments come
up with weird explanations for things happening no matter how stupid they sound ... So I guess we've just turned our heads and thought ... Oh well, I
got bills to pay, and no UFO sighting is gonna do that ...
Once, I thought, hey, I wish they land soon, so I don't have to pay my mortgage any more
It is quite an old question to me that I have yet to answer myself.
1. UFO's were created by humans as a hoax to bring the world's people together for a one world government
or
2. UFO's are extraterrestrial in origin and we are using their technology.
o_O Sky Divers? Right... First time I heard that excuse.
Interesting video, I'm curious about those lights, the way they seemed to form patterns.
First in a crescent moon shape, then a triangle (strange how one of them disappeared and quickly reappeared) and then into a diamond.
Maybe the reason why you felt a lack of interest in watching the video is because of how many fake videos of UFO's tend to appear or the breaking
down/explanation of the flying object. It's these two factors that I believe take out the "fun" or "mystery" of these strange occurrences. Cheer
up Maybe you were just in a dull mood? I hope you get your spark back!
Sorry guys but this IS nothing but sky divers , the Arizona Skyhawks Pro Skydive Team doing a routine .
The sighting was seen by other witnesses who thought it was a Meteor but it turned out to be Skydivers
Below are reports from in/around the Phoenix area about what was at first thought to be a large meteor/fireball breaking up as it dropped toward
Earth. Turns out a local skydiving team tricked Arizonans AGAIN!!! For a sample of the night show they put on, click the above link and enjoy! elpasoallsky.blogspot.com...
As was already described, the lights are descending. Looks like planes lining up and coming in for landings which is typical at any major airport.
** Edit to add** Or the above post: Arizona skydivers.
Either way, with objects flying that low, if they were REAL UFO's, there would be alot more videos and news stories. But there isn't. Because these
"objects" were identifiable to the people that saw them up close.
I don't think it's a matter of being desensitized to all the sightings so much as it is being desensitized to sightings that you can't explain.
It's like, every day of the week, being hungry, finding a box of cookies on the table, getting excited, opening it up and finding things in the box
that aren't cookies. After awhile you're going to stop caring about that box of "cookies" on the table.
We typically don't like things that we can't explain. Initially there is excitement about the possibility that we found something new, but after
it's determined that we can't explain it fully one way or the other we start to get discouraged. Maybe that's what's going on with you?
I moved to Phoenix in 1985 and back then if I saw what was in that video that you embedded, I would probably say that they were extraterrestrial
craft. But not today. There is so much more happening in the Valley now than there was 25 years ago, that for me to believe that strange lights I see
in the sky are extraterrestrial in origin, they would have to come down close enough to where I could actually identify it as a craft.
Sorry, but lights in the sky just don't cut it for me. Especially when they are way above the 5th largest city in the nation.

im convinced its what ever everyone else thinks it is
plane lights check
swap gas check
oh no hang on its obviously sky divers
they have jet packs on and can travel upwards
lol
these lights sent a message
i wounder if sky divers can do that
go up i mean
no definatly venus
just three of them lol
at what point does the agree with anyone syndrome cause problems
people are easy to fool
but what i got from that was a mathmatical message
pretty good sky divers if by accident they also make messages
IF it is the Arizona Skyhawks Pro Skydive Team, then I have lost respect for these hacks,...
HA HA!,.. fooled the tin-foil hatters again!,... are they so bored with NIGHT SKYDIVING that they have to muddy the ufo field so they can high-five
their sorry asses while we sincere, objective ufo enthusiasts have to weed thru their pranks?... pathetic,...
why do people think that the "aliens" would use lights on their crafts? our planes use lights so other planes do not hit them, do you really think
aliens are worried about air traffic? kinda makes me wonder .
This is awesome! I actually saw a UFO that was red and white in Phoenix a little over a week ago. I do agree how it doesn't seem as exciting
anymore- IMO. Maybe its because the sighting just ends there. We see some lights and then thats it. Now if it landed or did something to communicate
in some way then, it would be more interesting.
I do think it is a good thing that it's not as exciting anymore because it means that we are becoming more accepting of these beings and their craft.
Maybe thats why they keep showing their craft everywhere- so that we can get over the shock value.
Yes. I can relate to what you are saying 100%. In fact, just prior to arriving at your site, I typed in the query "Whatever happened to UFOs"
and I ended up here. You are right it is a kind of desensitization or a mass shift in consciousness or something along those lines.
I believe as well that most of the contributors to this thread make excellent points. In my opinion, the lack of reliability and authenticity of
video and photographic evidence in this internet era is paramount to this feeling of complacency toward the subject matter.
I have been interested (at a personal level) in the field of unknown atmospheric phenomena (UFOs) since the 60’s.
I have had off and on a number of unsought and unsolicited ufo sightings over the years, since about 1960.
I’ve seen things from lights in the sky at night behaving quite uncharacteristic of aircraft, satellites, planets stars or meteorites.
I’ve seen on two occasions the infamous reddish- orange ball/ disc(depending upon your perception) in the sky on a couple of occasions. I’ve had
one daylight sighting of what I believe to be this same object only it appeared as yellowish-silver instead of reddish-orange that was in August
1960.
Also, one daylight appearance of a gray metallic ball/disc which hung motionless in the sky over our community for an entire afternoon against an
overcast sky on an August day in 1964. The last two sightings mentioned I had no or at the very least, minimal knowledge of ufo’s and it was only
in hindsight that I was I able to go back and reclassify these experiences.
And also in 1966 I, along with a friend witnessed at night under a street light 2 miniature discs which produced no light or made no sound. Their
approx size was less than 2 feet in diameter and were seen by us to be hovering approx 6 feet off the street surface 4-6 feet apart and approx. 75
feet away from us.
No official reports were ever filed by me of any sightings as I could never see the point of it. I knew that I saw something which I could not
explain or define with earth-bound logic. So I went with the assumption that no explanation was probably favorable to a false one.
There was a time when I believed I would someday discover the nature and origin of these sightings but that day seems further away now than it did
in the 1960’s and as I grow older I seem to care less and less. It could be that I have accepted the fact there are some things which we simply
will never understand. And maybe that’s for the best.
