When Japan had its:

Magnitude 7.2 - NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN

it was on

2011 March 09 02:45:20 UTC

Then it was followed by:

Magnitude 9.0 - NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN

on

2011 March 11 05:46:23 UTC

And a few days ago we had a:

Magnitude 7.1 - NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN

on

2011 April 07 14:32:41 UTC

and today is

2011 April 09

Now i hope to god that today is not a repeat because that would be bad

That is a logical analysis but what other scientific evidence do you have to prove this?

None and i hope i am wrong but that sick feeling i have now has been right before.

And something more odd i just noticed.

Both Quakes were at 11 only difference is AM and PM and some minutes between.

Magnitude 7.2 at Wednesday, March 09, 2011 at (11:45:20 AM) at epicenter

Magnitude 7.1 at Thursday, April 07, 2011 at (11:32:41 PM) at epicenter

If it was only that easy to predict...

Nice try though, I guess we will find out one way or the other.

EDIT: Mods should probably move this to the Predictions/Prophecies Forum

Planetary occurrences do have a habit of being cyclical - Murphy's law will privail though - Nothing will happen...

wow.
You even waited until the day was almost over before making this prediction.
If my calculations are correct, in about 6 hours and 10 minutes, it will be the 10th, in Japan.
Don't have to wait much longer to see if you are correct.

I really hope i am wrong on this one.

And the bad thing it will happen in the early morning too if this is correct.

might be on the 10th due to it being on PM now.

7.2 M Location 38.424°N, 142.836°E

9.1 M Location 38.322°N, 142.369°E

7.1 M Location 38.253°N, 141.640°E

Do you see whats happening here.

its moving south

neic.usgs.gov...

the second map also shows some kind of fault line or mountain range under water.

They called the last one a big AFTERshock.
That makes the first one a big BEFOREshock

So there is a difference.

Is there anybody here who can tell me how to know if an earthquake is an aftershock or a new quake, standing on its own feet, so to say?

Well, according to a recently 404`d due to being an "introduction" thread, you might be right... Let`s see what happens... seems like it would be rather childish to just make that up. I`ll look further into it...

According to russian scientists they think solar flares somehow cause a reaction in the earth crust which can trigger big earthquakes, are we expecting any flares to hit earth?? if so this might trigger something.

You are right. it is moving south....Compared to other days, when the majority of shocks were in the Fukushima/Miyagi area, I wanted to quote the number of tremors there have been in the Ibaraki area today and one in Saitama just a few minutes ago (all of which are relatively close to Tokyo and were felt in Tokyo) but, I don`t know why, the Japanese application that has been informing me of earthquakes for a month and sends alarms to me after each quake, has suddenly just stopped working. It force closes on me the whole time. It only stopped working about half an hour ago...

The Tohoku EQ wasn`t the one that was overdue and that everyone was expecting. I really do believe that the plate surrounding Tokyo has been rocked and will be showing its own movements very soon. ...I really hope Im wrong.

That's the big fear now and that might happen soon.
