I found this youtube video, which was, I believe, was uploaded today, on the 6th of april, 2011. It shows an object, probably, near the Sun, and it seem to confuse the uploader just as much as me.

I don't know how to put the video, on the page, so here's the link

How did you do that? Let me know as soon you can, preferably on a message so that way we don't get our comments taken off for being off-topic. With that being said, thnx again
The object seems to be near the Sun, by the way, any ideas?

If I could explain, I would have done that, already. It seems to be near the Sun, and it seems to be bright, so I'm wondering just like anyone else would. Do you have any ideas, yourself, on what this might be?

Aha, please tell me your joking. I personally felt the sarcasm, but yea. Something tells me it might be a little bigger than a bug, and NOT on the lens

It's Venus I would say, if the pic is from Stereo B, If it's from Stereo A it is probably Mercury.

According to this it looks like its Venus RATHER than Mercury, but can't be sure. Because of the way Mercury rotates, it would make it look like its going away from da Sun, rather than towards it, like in the youtube video. So its probably Venus, and that means that its Stereo B, but as I said, I cannot be sure if its even a planet. It doesn't seem like its Venus, to me, but if I had to pick between Venus and Mercury, I would pick Venus, but still.

P.S. when you go to the link I put up on THIS comment, go to the bottom, and put in the date for April 1st, 2011, at 17:42 UTC, because that will match the time from the youtube video.

I made a picture of the object near the sun.
I see movement (i think) when enlarged.

I cleaned the lens before taking it and made a normal and a negative picture.
I did not use a filter in front of the lens cause that would increase the risk of a lens reflection.
Your opinion please.

First thing I would like to mention is when you cast a thread ? Are the guidelines of ATS. Two paragraphs of your own text describing what you think of the subject matter you have brought forward. It gives us all something to bite down and that's what leads to disscussion and debate. I was so much like you when I started here stud.
I knew nothing about what I was doing and learned my way around a computer pretty well because of ATS. I love this place. I think you had your links right so don't get discouraged. The important thing is the rules and guidelines of this site are designed to ensure quality. They're what makes this site the friggin best there is IMO.

Oh and a flag for you for reminding me of me.
