Today on April 5, 2011 the appeal by Military officer April Gallop against former Vice President Dick Chenney, Donald Rumsfeld, and US Air Force Richard Myers for the injuries she sustained when the Pentagon was "bombed" on 9/11 was made in a 2nd Circuit Federal District in in New Haven, Conn. and not one major news outlet covered the event.

Try searching her name or any of the terms on foxnews.com or cnn.com. There is nothing, nada, zip. Not surprised. Also not surprised that the judges are Walkers.

If the MSM had mentioned anything about this case it wouldn't have been a serious piece.
ALL they would have done is ridicule her.

In the aftermath of the attack where was Donald Rumsfeld? He was out on the grass helping out.
