The Obama administration has decided against civilian trials for five men linked to the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
Attorney General Eric Holder will announce Monday that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four alleged co-conspirators will be tried in military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay, according to NBC News.

With this being said, this is how the Obama administration is able to bury the truth to whom the real perpetrators are that really carried out carried out 911.
We already know Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four alleged co-conspirators “will” be found guilty regardless of the lack of evidence and the fraudulent evidence that was created by the CIA and the FBI.
Sheikh Mohammed military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay will now be considered a close case and will never be allowed to be heard by the civilian population.
With this being said, Americans can now go back to sleep consciously knowing they have caught the greatest master mind who were able to defeat the greatest military power in the world just him and his four alleged co-conspirators.

What you quoted is not in the article. Stop creating your own stories. I read your source and I do not see your quote posted in the article? Your not allowed to alter content from a source, meaning you quote exactly from the source and not your personal version to what you want everyone to believe.

These military tribunals will be a joke.What better way to control the evidence then a military trial? anything inconvenient comes up for the prosecution it can be swept under the rug and declared "National Security." I won't even say anything about the defense because they are on the same side as the prosecution.KSM did confess if you count being water boarded countless times as being admissible in a US court of law.

Maybe it's because of the fact that the American Justice system doesn't work that way.

It's just absolutely disgusting. There is nothing more to say about what Obama has allowed to happen. If somehow this prick gets re-elected, I just don't know what if any faith I can still have in this country.
