There is very bad crisis's going on in the world....Also with this election coming up in 2012,and reading this last post of he may not be our legal president. There is and it's referred to as The Secret White House Bunker and was last used during 9/11. It is where the motorcade is parked and contains an underground network of tunnels that you do not require a surface street to get out of DC metro.

it is exactly what they say it is just upgrades to existing underground utilties had the figure been higher i might have beleived it

Yup, the non essential WH staff was evacuated and sent home while Cheny and others stayed and were shuffled downstairs.
