Mods PLEASE give careful thinking into the number of posts before a person can make a thread AND having a warnings log of offenders so a constant offender can lose the right to make threads. This would mean blacklisting free email places in favour of genuine fixed email users.

I did search and it returned nothing. Perhaps you can bestow some of your wisdom on me, oh mighty +1k posts. God forbid the day I spend my time trolling forums whinging and complaining about inconsequential things like duplicate threads. Please, accept my sincerest of apologies.
