China's Xinhua News Agency, the official press agency of the government of the People's Republic of China (PRC) announced Thursday that the National Radio Astronomy Observatory has been monitoring signals from a previously unknown "dark" satellite in orbit around Saturn for the past 90 days. According to government officials, the signals appear to be the first verified transmission from an alien civilization.

(NOTE: I have not posted this in the Breaking Alternative News Forum as the only sources I can find at this stage are from BIN)

Wow. If this is true then what on earth is in store for us?

What discoveries will come of this?

Is the Chinese National Observatory telling the truth? Why would they alert the public RE: Alien contact...isn't that the stuff they try to keep away from the public?

Why would they choose to specifically transmit the4 universal genetic code?

I couldn't find any articles or anything on the Xinhua News site...very interested to see what all of you can dig up!

Over and out.

There were quite a few hoax posts on BIN on April 1. I wouldn't of posted this if I couldn't find more than one supporting article, I posted this as I was leaving work and am on my mobile waiting for my girlfriend outside her work. I'll post my opinion once I've had the time to give it the thought it deserves

This an April Fools Joke

The foundation is already in place for the deception as reported in previous blog entries, "earth must prepare for close encounter with aliens" and "is establishment preparing to unveil aliens?". Everything has suddenly taken a turn towards the strange for Earth inhabitants! [editor's note: yes, this is an april fools hoax]

Cool a new messiah brought on by another gubbment.
We shall worship this new god when he gets here and shows us some parlor tricks!
Folks, until you shake the live aliens hand, don't believe anything you are told.
Ans even then suspect anything and everything.

'Daily Galaxy' Readers: Internet sites in the USA have a long tradition of great April Fools' Day stunts, including media site such as Google, Huffington Post, and TechCrunch to name a few. Google has a tradition of creating April Fools' Day jokes. For example, Google MentalPlex allegedly featured the use of mental power to search the web. In 2007, Google's Gmail page displayed an announcement for Gmail Paper, allowing users to have email messages printed and shipped to them.In 2010, Google jokingly changed its company name to Topeka in honor of Topeka, Kansas, whose mayor actually changed the city's name to Google for a short amount of time in an attempt to sway Google's decision in its new Google Fiber Project In 2011, Google's April Fool's Joke announced Gmail Motion, an interactive way of controlling Gmail and your computer with body movements via the user's webcam. They should atleast say April Foolsor the equivalent at the end. Why do people even bother with hoaxes? Granted it's April fools and all ahh hell, I'd probably see the humor in it if it were me, do they realise it's a significant date to the occult? Ahh my mind wanders as I'm confined to my small bathroom on my mobile whilst expelling clouds of marijuana smoke out the fan as opposed to my girlfriends nostrils. Feat. Apple & Black Currant Juice and underground hip hop. Peace, I don't know why I took time away from this party in the first place

On a further thought...I should document the beauty of it in a thread. See, I sit on the toilet (lid down and clothed!) with my (friends) I pod, ashtray and beverage positioned conveniently around me. Even now and then my friends who's staying with me, my girlfriend and assorted guests will come in and visit me. Who would be interested in a picture of me on the can smoking a spliff, very cfortably positioned and cool stuff hidden graffiti style in the fogged mirrors....I apologise for the previous paragraphs.
