Need help solving the kidnapping/murder of my Spirit Guardian

It's been a while since I was on ATS but for those of you who don't know me, I was born with a gift, I can speak to spirits. A majority of the communication is now done through my Guardian Mai, mostly because my gift had been improperly diagnosed as a mental illness for most of the beginning of my life.

To get to the point...
In June of 1973 Mai was kidnapped while riding her bicycle to a friend's house. Her kidnapper, James Earl Dean, has since gone missing in Colorado leaving it up to Mai to help find the evidence needed to prosecute him, and to find out where she had been buried. Mai has been less than specific on the details, mostly because I don't possess the ability necessary to just take the vision straight from her memory. She's given me snippets and things, but nothing is really adding up so I'm asking for help. She keeps telling me that her family is offering up a huge reward for the whereabouts of her daughter, but I'm not interested in the money I just want Mai's soul to be at peace.

Here are the facts that I can to a great degree (95 - 98%) be sure of.
- Kidnapped June 12 - 25, 1973
- Kidnapper is James Earl Dean (names could be switched into other variants but I'm certain of James Earl Dean)
- Her family paid $500,000 ransom, which was collected by the kidnapper.
- This event took place within 100 miles of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA
- Mai was buried on a hilltop overlooking a scenic valley within 150 miles of New Hampshire, USA
- Mai was shot by her kidnapper, it's possible there may have been gunshots heard or a blood trail found.
- Her bike was dumped on a street corner 30 miles from her home
- Mai's last name begins with an R, and she was 19 when she was kidnapped.

Anything you can find to help me solve this case will be much appreciated. If Mai gives me anymore info that I can believe with great certainty I will be sure to post it on this thread to narrow your own searches.

ok to the first reply: I was diagnosed with "A slight psychotic disorder" there was nothing specific but I was on medication until the age of 19 when I quit taking them.

To the second: I live in Pennsylvania, so this all took place about 600 miles from my home, I can't just get up and take a 3 -day holiday to find my Guardian's corpse with no definite knowledge of her whereabouts.

I'm glad you're trying to help, hopefully someone can give me some specifics to work with.

Omega: I don't remember the meds... I stoped taking them when I was 19, and I am now 27 it's a long time in my history.

And all the doctor said was that you have a slight psychotic problem ? ....

So he didnt even give you a proper medical diagnosis ?
I find the fact that he gave you medication without properly diagnosing you troubling . . .

Unless you just dont want to tell us what you were diagnosed with ? ...

I used to have this crush on a girl from school, however there was also another boy who wanted her as bad as I did. I tried to get him in trouble and it backfired on me. I was being threatened with making terroristic threats as a charge since they took my lame explanation as me saying I was going to shoot up my school. I faked a mental illness in order to get "Filing false reports" and probation instead of prison.

When I had my meeting witht he doctor, she told me I had a psychotic disorder but couldn't figure out which one since my visions and thoughts didn't exactly match one specific disorder. I was given meds and assigned a psychologist and was ordered by the court to take my meds and see the psychologist until my probation was over.

This all is a great big chunk of my secret history and it really has nothing to do with Mai.... can you get back on topic please?

I'm sorry but I can't help but notice that you have more evidence in one instance but none in others.
You know the full name of the killer and his last whereabouts but can't manage the full name of your Guardian? You can tell that its within so many miles of a city and you even know where her bike was left but you have no idea where the body is? How can you know so much of one thing but nothing of the other? If Mai was indeed 19 at death then you wouldn't need to see visually where she was, she should be able to give you landmarks. Sorry this isn't adding up.

I am sorry if this sounds stupid, i have never replied to a post like this before. Is it possible for you to get a detailed map of Connecticut, and next time you speak her she may be able to show you where her body is on the map.

This is very significant and indeed it is on topic as it makes or breaks your credibility .
It seems you are hesitant to answer for some reason ..
It also seems that alot of these types of things seem to happen to you , as seen in this thread created a few minutes within the creation of this one ... www.abovetopsecret.com... .

I'd be very careful about accusing specific people of murder. If there's someone who fits the name and description who is innocent, you could be causing an enormous amount of harm, not to mention quite possibly breaking the law.

That said I also find this thread very interesting. I might suggest just censoring the name itself, and using it yourself for verification purposes only.

Lie: Mai is very vague. She gives me info but it comes in the form of cryptic dreams that are hard to decipher.

James Earl Dean could be the name of the killer but it could also be James Dean Earl or Earl Dean James or any other variant of those three names put together. Also, I'm not sure if this helps, but Mai said there was a Freemasons' Temple near where her bike was dumped. She didn't see much from where he had kept her while driving to his hideout but she remembers seeing the Freemasons' Temple when he opened the door to dump her bike.

One thing that drew my attention was that your guardian died at 19. You say you stopped taking your meds at 19. You were diagnosed with a mental disorder and were given meds for it. It makes me wonder if there is a split personallity thing going on, and Mai was you while on the meds and when you stopped taking them she died. I truely do not want you to take this as me being mean, i just want to look at all aspects of this post. Truth can only be found when all the events are analyzed.

Thanks for the help, calling me crazy! Pah! I tried the map of Connecticut trick a few months ago, It's how I narrowed down to with 100 miles of Bridgeport for the location of her kidnapping. After taking the ransom money the killer fled to Canada, burying Mai somewhere along the way, I get strong feelings when scanning areas near the Massachusets/New Hampshire border, which is about 150 miles long. Mai lets me know when I'm on the right track by making my hairs stand on end and my back and shoulders tingle. James Earl Dean might just be a missing family man but there might be others with similar names who have criminal pasts. Mai only knows what this guy looked like in 1973 so I'm shooting in the dark on an exact name.

1979: If Mai is a split personality, why can I still communicate with her? you have to be a special kind of split personality to be able to communicate with others. Also, Mai is my Guardian, she's saved me from many near death occasions, including a few beatings from bullies that could have been fatal if not for her own kind of intervention.

Stop assuming I'm insane and help me! I stopped coming to this site because you people would continually accuse me of being insane, but Mai pleaded with me to go back, hoping that someone would be able to help her.

If you're done calling me insane could you get to the topic on hand? She was kidnapped and killed, then dumped in a shallow grave on the New Hampshire/Massachusets border. other cluse are still vague and shadowy, I could feed you some of my 75 - 90% sure info but I don't want to ruin any leads you might get from the info i'm most sure is correct.

With a case like this I would first focus on the body before the suspect. If you can find the body then it proves something is going on and would help in tracking the killer. Try playing around on google earth to see if you can narrow down the search, eventually you will have to go out there. Next time you have a few days off work it only take a day to drive over there, can sleep in the car if the budget it tight. Sounds like you need to work on your instinct as well, but this kind of stuff is tricky.

Otherwise change your meds and all this will go away.

well maybe I can go back to Google Earth... I used Google maps before, not as distinct, mostly just road maps. Maybe with Google Earth I can narrow that space down as well as the area from where she was kidnapped.

I have to agree that calling the OP insane is kind of ridiculous on a site like this. What do you think would happen to someone who really did see a spirit and told their doctor? They would be put on meds.

Now, I don't personally have evidence that hauntings are real, and for me, that means I don't believe in them, because that's the standard I set for myself. But I do believe in suspending my own paradigm in order to take on someone else's, because it's the best way to keep your mind from shrinking. And really, you could accuse so many people in so many threads of being obviously insane here, why pick on this one? Even if you really are sure he's delusional, I promise you no one has ever recovered from mental illness by having "you're just crazy" repeated at them. You have to be able to respect and understand how someone's mind is working before you can begin to claim to have useful advice for their treatment plan.

But that said, seriously, this thing of repeating a specific name or names is not wise at all.

I never flat out said the OP was insane. What I said was it makes me wonder if a split personality thing was going on. It seems that there are pieces of the story that dont add up. Like other posters have pointed out such as not knowing the last name of Mai. I thought it was a valid question on my part. All angles of the story need to be explored.
