I didn't make any claims regarding the srebrenica massacare, as a matter of fact I believe what you say is not just plausible but also probable. I did say though, that by only providing enough help for one side to not lose, but not win will cause a prolonged war and deadly stalemate. They should have either a) let the serbs win. This would be my first choice or b) provide the bosnians with enough help to win.
