I think that would be a major breakthrough in the simple fact that it would prove extra-terrestrial life or advanced civilizations in our solar systems past. It wouldn't be just another cow. Or are cows really that cool to you?

I think he meant "moon cows". In any case, at the very least, the moon is interesting because it's not really a satellite... thus the only moon we actually call the"moon" is really just half of a binary planet system. While we are on the subject of misnomers, we are no longer a planet according to the same rules that disqualified Pluto.

So when you think of how you were so sure that we were a planet and that the moon is a moon then find out we aren't, doesn't that make the notion of the moon being more than meets the eye a little less wacky? Keep an open mind, my friends; everything we think we know about our universe will be viewed as ridiculous superstition to scientists 50 years from now.

The people who believed in geocentricism knew nothing.

The people who believed the world was flat knew nothing.

And now the people who are sooooo damned sure the moon is just a solid satellite know nothing.

I don't really agree with your hypothesis, but lets just say I did, what would you consider planetx/nibiru in relation to nemesis? Ha got yaaa

In reality the moon is an artificial satellite, but still a satellite/moon to earth. As for pluto I think its another semi-hollow planet just like earth in that it does not orbit around around neptune. Here is a nice hollow earth picture so people get a rough idea..........

The Mods don't erase things being they deem it as Fact or False. Mods are not Gods and their power is only limited to monitering and keeping the site in an orderly manner of controlled posting. 3 pages since you have been constantly putting firm ground into your beliefs, which is good, but you can stop now. Some of us believe in Hollow Earth, some don't, but it definitely isn't your place to go and deem someone nuts. I didn't know I had a hypothesis. But responding to your question, I don't know. I don't have an opinion on Nibiru or Nemesis.

On one hand, you have many people bringing in anecdotal evidence, some intriguing and some laughable, that makes a person want to find out more.

On the other hand, you have the "official" word that totally denounced the notion.

On the other other hand (yes, I have more than two), there is no way to be 100% sure that either party is right so we just have to wait and see.

it's a artificial hollowed out moon. it was brought to earth by a group of E.Ts billions of years ago.

I have no idea.

So now they're saying the Moon is hollow. Maybe Jules Verne wasn't kidding around.

Yeah that nibiru, planet x and nemesis stuff is confusing. Not many answers but tons of questions.......

I always thought of nibiru as a hollowed out alien "planet" orbiting the brown dwarf "star" called nemesis, but then what role would a hollowed out moon play? Are they for the first attack wave and nibiru the draconian flagship with the galactic emperor residing aboard to finish "the job"?

Sorry maybe I watch too many star trek movies......

ATS has a place for free speech that has no evidence, it's the skunk works forum.

The first clue most of these aren't moon facts should be the "alien chaser" after the guy's name.

And the motto of ATS is "deny ignorance" so in the space exploration forum you better believe some bashing of nonsensical claims is warranted.

I thought people were starting to figure out Hoagland was just an entertainer and most of his stuff was BS, but then I see so many people buying into similar BS like this, it's sad.

There's no doubt that the Earth and moon and other rocky bodies can and do contain some hollowed out areas like caves. But to suggest the entire body is hollow is displaying a level of scientific ignorance that could be disproven with the science of even 3 centuries ago. So fine, believe it's hollow if you want, you're basically admitting you adhere to a level of science prior to 1686 when Newton published his theories, and ignoring the last 300 years of knowledge.

How many of us, supposedly in the know atsers have seen or even new that there are oblisques on the moon or a bridge or antennas?

You'd have been laughed off campus if you intimated there were man made structures on the moon. It's almost as if they are going back in time rewriting history to see how we react.

I grew up in dc reading the Washington Post. I would have taken the post article referenced in the post and framed it to show my friends and family who've thought I was nuts.

Do yourself a favor and get a telescope and look at the moon for yourself. Photos don't do it justice. Take a look and tell me it doesn't look like it's been burnt by being dragged through our atmosphere.

It's an alien craft that had been a living planet!!

They have always said that the moon was hollow. They declared this the 2nd or 3rd visit. They didn't say it was just hollow, they said it was extremely hollow.

Hey everyone! Wow, I just got to work tonight (I work 11pm-7am) and I saw all these replies and saw that my thread was featured! Thanks for showing interest in this subject.

I think that the moon is something that we all really need to take a closer look at, given these little tid-bits. Ever since I was a kid, I always thought it was weird that it just so happened that we only see one side of the moon....and then I found all of this stuff out.

Obviously there is something there that the men upstairs do not want us to know about.
And hey, maybe it is for our own good. There are two sides to every story....

Before NASA releases photos to the public, they blur out and make it practically invincible. Anything that they don't want us to see, that they can't explain. They have to answer our questions, whether it be what it really is. If you look at most interviews from people who used to work for NASA, they all admit that the government has them blur out things.

Thank you for posting this thread! Best thread that I have read so far. You are very right about having interest in the moon. Because there is more to know, that we may never know about. The moon is by far the most interesting thing going on in space! (That we can see and know of anyway!)
