It doesn't look like CGI, whatever it is, it looks as though it's really there.
Whether it's a craft, a collection of tied together black bin liners, some helium foil balloons, or something else is obviously difficult to pin down
based on the clip.
It really needs to be stabilised and enhanced to try to pick out any detail.
Someone like Lunacognita or gridkeeper over on YT do a good job at this video enhancement (especially Lunacognita) that is needed on this clip....not
sure if either of them read ATS under different names (do you guys?) so i'll ask them if they're willing to give this clip some of their magic, and
see if we can clean it up a bit.
Might be able to make a more positive ID if the thing isn't jumping around the screen like a demented gnat.
BTW, the first 3 minutes of the video are almost painful to watch...the camera operator keeps zooming and missing the object, and only locks onto it
after the 3 minutes...you'll find yourself shouting at the screen (well, maybe you will, i did), after that though, there are some very good close ups
of it, but it needs to be frame stacked/stabilised.
I'll pop over to YT and see if LC wants to have a stab at the video.
LC messaged, waiting for response.
