Hmm... so you got that 97% where again? The same place Newsweek got it when they said 97% of scientists agree in anthropogenically caused global warming? You know it was utter Crap when they printed it too...

Also... considering the spelling and grammatical issues with your post, and the general "angry teenager" vibe you give off towards anything you consider to be "stupid"... I'd guess you aren't over 17 and still have MOMMY and DADDY to pay your way!

If you ARE over 17 and picked a screenname like thechemist187 LOL!!! well I do hope that your love for murder and chemistry take you far in the world....

Dont dis the OP too quickly according to alexa

Alexa site info

Most people browse from home, but I'm self employed as web designer...

Most people are 45-64 years old, have no children are at home and have no or some college, does that seem like someone employed to you?

Hey OP, are you not interested in making friends?

Let me ask you this, what is worse?

Having no job and using ATS,

or

Having a job, using ATS and being a **** **** ****,

I'll let you make the call.

So because people surf from home they are unemployed?

I take it you've never noticed the difference in the number of threads being posted before and after 5 pm EST... where most of the US population is concentrated.

No the KID who posted this thread just wants to hit at something or someone to make himself feel BIGGER or better or whatever his particular shortcoming is. The reality is he is most likely not old enough to understand REAL responsibility ... or if he is, he's probably the one without a job. I've found most people that seem to get the most vicious and lash out the hardest calling people who can't find work lazy, stupid, ignorant, and etc are people that have grown up being TOLD the same things. And now that they are unemployed the SHAME and frustration make them prone to fits of VERBAL DIARRHEA such as the original rant of the OP ... sort of what you would call Pot calling the Kettle black syndrome... the OP definitely seems to be suffering from said syndrome, probably got fired from mickey D's and bitter as hell about it.

I am going on about the fact that obviously the OP feels as if he is someone's parent with his b.s. advice and meaningless statistics, that makes the OP a ****. You would think by the OP's words that he/she knows every member of ATS personally, but that is not true. I for one wouldn't want to befriend a ****, but you can choose your friends however you want.

Are we still talking here in this rant? I mean, come on...

I think we should go and consider who you are going to vote for in 2012. I mean Skeptic Overlord has proven alot, but Springer seems to be a sleeper.. I hope theres a debate

OP is right in my case. I'm 20 and unemployed. But if you knew at what american university I'm gonna study at and could look at the wonderfully exciting life ahead of me, you'd make for a good troll.

I sir, or maam,
Am fat, old, mostly broke and retired, not unemployed.
I earned my nonemployement!
But unemployement sounds trendy so i think i may start to use that!
I have flannels, i'm set.

Just because people check and comment on threads all day doesn't mean they do not have jobs or a life. I go to college and I will check on ATS throughout the day. Oh and btw, I don't believe everything that some of the other members believe. I look at the posts, check the facts and make my own assumptions based on that information. But I don't stifle others enthusiasm for what they believe they may have stumbled upon.

I see them here rambling on illegal immigration and on dumb as conspiracy's about the lamest # like whats behind the new US Air force commercial when they save people off a bridge they think because the city is destroyed there is something behind that. I see of katie perry and E.T. now I mean seriously WTF? I saw one about hollywood about how movie predictions have come true about the golf and japan. I mean those are #ing movies, there are bound to be some similarities.

I think those people should stop all this bull# and look for a job.

With all honesty, I was wondering the same thing when I first joined this site sometime last year, Quite a few posters seems to mention they were unemployed living in their moms basement or something like that. I couple even had the nerve to critisize me and try to prove I was lying when I mentioned my place of employment.
I knew it was serious when I made a crack about most being overweight, virgins, masterbating to anime porn all day. But I dont think its really 97% I'm assuming usually the level headed posters tend to have some sort of employment. Some others might just hide behind a computer monitor pretending to have some sort of intelligence.
You can usually tell by there patterns of posting. I typically only tend to be online while at work, once I get home, I usually have someone else to do.

No Job and using ATS in my opinion is a lot worse, I'd much rather be an employed arschloch surfing ATS during my downtown at work and not really give a damn about online "freinds" and go spend time with real life "freinds" after work.
Just my opinion though

There is a lot of truth to that there sir. Well played. But you still have to maintain it once you get it, and being a **** is not a good way to maintain it.

Poverty will never be eliminated, unless you plan on mass mind control. There will always be people with more than others. Fact of human existence.

Or... Mass cooperation. That is my aim. And you're wrong. The fact of Human existence is that energy has always been scarce and so money was developed to account for its expenditure. Only now do we have several crucial tools to change that planetarily. The Interweb, free energy, robotics, Humans have never had these to work with before.

List the years you have spent trying to "eliminate poverty". Just exactly how far have you gotten?

2008 - the pieces fell together
2008 - November; I began writing The Abundance Paradigm
2009 - January; I completed The Abundance Paradigm
2009-present; I have been sending my work to many and many to my work. I have fielded many questions and encouraged those who can see the abundance paradigm to help others. It's not to the tipping point yet, and so it is infolded, unseen, unmanifest. I have no way of measuring the nearness to the tipping point the ideas are, therefore. But if they ever get to the tipping point, we all will know it and be pleased.

Me not being involved in a crusade of nuttery doesn't imply that I don't have a social conscience.

I think I present a very rational approach to combining tools Humans have right now. It's not a "crusade," as in some irrational "faith." It is seeing a solution that leaves every One of Us much better off, statistically speaking. And none worse if you discount losing power over others.

One who will not even entertain the possibility of something will be the one in for an ultimate surprise. I'm just saying that I am secular as secular can be, and it is my immediately peripheral knowledge of the free energy tech via my father and his occupation, and when I put the pieces together I see it is possible...

I want my daughter to grow up in a healthy environment, with sane awareness of all Consciousness, where mirth and reverence are held high, and we - she and I and Daddy - can explore what's out there in the universe together, in connection with the ones we love and cherish. It is, as I have said all along, Service to Self. But it is precisely equally Service to Others. Well, really, it is a singularity of both.

I dont believe your poll is correct but if it is then so what. Does having a job make you a more important human than someone who doesnt? Does carry paper with funny colors and men on it along with many occult symbols mean your better than the guy who is sleeping under a bridge or a family that barters instead of using paper with the eye of Lucifer on it?

Last thing that made me laugh is how you think the MSM is accurate or anything called News. The movies forshadow events in history. The movies tell the real truth yet it is placed in stories that has both truth and lies. You need to research all the material you mentioned because you are so far off base it is almost laughable especially on ATS. I beleive you came here to fight. Are you being paid funny colorful paper by Uncle Sam to start trouble.

Recently an article was released that said CIA and Military are going onto Alternative sites just to destroy them and fight. Are you part of this evil agenda?

I don't know what drew me to this thread but (and because) it has so many "not employed" responses [that] I decided to take the plunge and become an official member of ATS. Maybe the title of the thread just "got up the hackles" of the "unemployed"--so they were the majority to reply? Me--I come to ATS a lot and am very typical/average--and I'm sure there are a ton of us! I, in particular, am 47 years old, WF, college, and employed--just to contribute to that record-keeping. This site is amazing. I read it from home in my leisure, and from work when I'm able. And it makes me think my job these past 6 years is even better than I thought that I can take time out at work to pop in and see what people have to say and have researched, etc, etc.!

Although I'm a "traditonal hours/office hours" person at present, I've worked all different shifts in my life so I've enjoyed a flexible schedule and could be found in casual clothes at midday (posting if need be!) and all dressed up in the evening (no, not "that" kind of work...lol). I think there's a lot of ignorance to be found in anyone assuming anything regarding "posting midday" etc. Silliness! And I've been a stay-at-home mother too--you go girls, anyone who doesn't understand enough to give you credit does not KNOW. My last child is nowhere as well balanced as the ones before I was a full time employed person rather than full time mom! I feel big time for the unemployed too--it's BS to call anyone on employment right now and for these past few years! BOOOO!
And the retired? Enjoy! It's your time, your turn! I thank you all for the great threads/posts/information/insight/work you put into this website! THANK YOU! IT'S BEEN GREAT!

Mass cooperation. That is my aim. And you're wrong. The fact of Human existence is that energy has always been scarce and so money was developed to account for its expenditure.

Money develops anywhere were people want to control other people. And there will always be that, the best you can wish for is an enlightened despot at the helm.

Only now do we have several crucial tools to change that planetarily. The Interweb, free energy, robotics, Humans have never had these to work with before.

We've had the "interweb" for near 2 decades and some of its greatest achievements are as following:
1. Proliferation of Pr0n.
2. University students getting their classmates naked on webcam and posting the results on blogs.
3. Nigerian banking families having an 'opportunity' to get all there 'hidden money' out of the country.
4. Phishing programs that have stolen over 130 million credit card numbers.
5.ATS (the only good one)

The rest of what your saying just doesn't fit with reality, there is no such thing as an abundance paradigm. It doesn't exist.
