the buggin' out of my third eye

i have relatively little to no experience with the chakras, so i was curious to find more information on the third eye. i forgot where i came across, but if you ever have a strange feeling in between your eyeballs, that it's your third eye reacting to energy... is there any truth to this? it's been reacting quite a bit over the past few months but haven't really come across any sort of text that can help me out here. care to aid me ?

well, the third eye is the pineal gland which is located inside of your head, but i had heard whenever one has a strange sensation between their eyes, that it's their third eye reacting to energy.

Yes the third eye chakra is between the eyes on the forehead, a little above the eyes i might add. You could just focus on it and get that feeling whenever you want i found out. you just have to relax a little for it to come on.

I thought the amygdula(sp?) had a big thing to do with the third eye also.

i'm not sure if the... "amygdula" had a lot to do with it, but isn't that also the "reptilian" part of our mind?
