This thread isn't about the "Mayan calendar". It's about the Dresden Codex, which does make predictions.edit on 5-4-2011 by FOXMULDER147 because: (no reason given)
Beneath the eclipse that the Maya had labeled 'The Sixth Sun', a silvery disc shaped object hovered silently above Mexico City. 17 people, unknown to each other, in different locations of Mexico City, videotaped the UFO. This sighting became the earliest most documented mass sightings in history. For months, teams of international researchers from the U.S., Mexico, and Japan followed a wave of UFO activity that connected with the volcano, Mount Popocatepetl. Sightings still continue.

I agree this is great evidence. I can be very sceptical of all the 30 second long shaky videos or the video of huge object over a city that only one person filmed...the videos I am most sceptical about are the ones where something quite ordinary is filmed and then labeled as something like 'huge mother ship' on youtube and then posted again and again with various titles, dates and times etc.
A case where there are multiple witnesses, films of the same object and these witnesses can be tracked down and interviewed is completely different.
Some may call me a debunker when I don't accept some dodgy youtube footage at face value but I think the context behind these eclipse sightings is the minimum we should accept for evidence to be classed as reliable.

People, if you would spend the same time reading and looking into this thread as opposed to the mulitude of threads dealing with the same mundane, well thrashed out subjects..then you will have spent quality time.
I love that 17 different people videoed this object, it sure is a rarity and one that must not be overtaken by the ubiquitous ' When will we get Disclosure' or ' What do Grays think of us' type threads.
Also, in the OP'ers first video, the closeups of the object are wonderful, clearly NOT swamp gas/Chinese lanterns/balloons.
Take some time and look!

You know, I was going to come into this thread screaming indignation and frustration at the constant perpetuation of this ignorance seen in far, far too many threads these days.
But, I realize I'm just too tired to care anymore.
Like always, I will throw down this link.

Statements like this confirm my suspicion that I gave this thread the wrong title.
