I got that too, kind of a "what if I cometh and it already be kindled?" kind of vibe. Also, when she places her hand on the robot's jewel (heart) in its chest, it comes to life. Then she reveals herself to be a faun/satyr type creature. Not alien, but nature. What if the director is saying that without heart (nature's touch), our technology will destroy us because it's literally dead inside? I got this idea when I saw the "Pigeon: a common bird that went extinct in 2030".

She actually morphs into several creatures. An alien gray, an avatar/goddess type figure and a faun. I also noticed that some of the nature footage came from the opening of True Blood. For those of you looking it is the fox being decomposed and the frog in the venus fly trap near the beginning of the video.

Considering Kanye West had to ruin the beat with his stupid lyrics, maybe it is also about interracial dating. Her mother was a very strict pastor, still is. If she came from the background I did, everything outside the church family is "alien" and "demonic". Of course, I still want to keep it being about Russell Brand in the mix.

Music doesn't necessarily have to have a deeper meaning, it's primary goal is to appeal to people so that they go out and buy it and that's all there is to it. In this case, I would rather poke myself in the eye with a tree branch than listen to this crap again. Typical modern day music and completely devoid of any soul, just the usual negativity. Yawn!!!! However, the video is well done, but why waste it on such a crap song. The lyrics are so repetitive, it's nearly hypnotic, but still crap

Not for the hiphop culture. They wouldnt even think of aliens back in the 80's or 90'.
