FEMA Concentration Camps, Locations and List of Executive Orders

Having an interest in the true nature of FEMA and what I see as the rising Police State of America, I thought I would share this article.

There will of course, be those that deny it outright. There always is and that's their right. It's still a free Country...for now.

There will be those that have never even heard of this and it may serve as an awakening. After all, that's what ATS is all about right?

Then there will be those that know what I am talking about and realize that any and all information should be brought forward, dissected, discussed and filed under *URGENT*.

What I find truly interesting is that this subject, although gaining ground, has been around for quite a few years (Some for almost 30 yrs) and much of what was laid out in these Executive Orders can now be seen as scenarios coming to light. Almost as if they had a crystal ball.

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

FEMA CAMPS...Where are these camps?

ALABAMA

Opelika - Military compound either in or very near town.

Aliceville - WWII German POW camp - capacity 15,000 Ft. McClellan (Anniston) - Opposite side of town from Army Depot;

Maxwell AFB (Montgomery) - Civilian prison camp established under Operation Garden Plot, currently operating with support staff and small inmate population.

Talladega - Federal prison "satellite" camp.

ALASKA

Wilderness - East of Anchorage. No roads, Air & Railroad access only. Estimated capacity of 500,000 Elmendorf AFB - Northeast area of Anchorage - far end of base. Garden Plot facility.

Eielson AFB - Southeast of Fairbanks. Operation Garden Plot facility.

Ft. Wainwright - East of Fairbanks

National Guard training area nearby."-from your link. First off, this list has totally been debunked before. Secondly, the site I quoted(Marseilles) from your link is a National Guard training site. The "smoking gun" as your link quotes is the presence of military vehichles. Well of course there's military vehichles there as it Illinois' main training site for the Illinois National Guard. The bars on the windows are in the armory(where they keep the weapons) and there is no "prisoner area". How do I know this? I worked there for several years and before that, I was in the Illinois National Guard. It's approximately 12 minutes from my house and my best friend is in charge of security there. I'm also familiar with several other places on the list in Illinois and none, I REPEAT, NONE are FEMA detention camps.

To be honest, I am not up to date with what this vid is stating. Empty Stadiums preparing for...???

I love how someone always comes in and show's nothing and says..."not true". If you wanna believe that you best be on your best behavior or you'll find out first hand when those very real orders get signed. If you look around youtube people have taken some very real videos of many of these places and some have been kicked off the property by very real guards already working them. Many have guard towers, large fenced in areas with the barbed wire facing inwards (why inwards do ya think?), plenty of cameras, and a whole lot of them are in remote locations or by rail yards. I won't be spending a lot of time trying to convince you it's real I know they are along with many others. Either your blind, you work as a gov. shill, or you don't care...

ETA: where has this been proven false or not true. Just because it's not breaking news doesn't mean it gets shut down we deal with old news here too especially when there's still people like ya'll trying to convince people it's not true. I do say you should add sources though that is a quick way to get the thread closed.

and it list the old naval ordnance plant,where my father -in-law
work at for 30 years.
It's is now owned by BAE Systems,who produce all kinds of stuff for the
military and homeland defence,like amoured vehicles,advanced air capabilities,security,
the list is huge as to what their capabilities are.

People in other parts of the world other than the US maybe intersted in matters like this. There are also new people to ATS that havnt seen this subject all that much. There are also people not fully aware of the search function prior to posting a tread. Im sure if it was serious enough as a burden thread a Moderator would remove it. One poster states that just because it's out there on the net doesn't make it true. Agreed! But we should also remember that just because some say it has been de-bunked, doesn't make it OFFICIALLY debunked either..

I will check out my FEMA camp tomorrow and report back.
But ,with so many warehouses there and right next to the airport,
I think they might have some things hiding in wait to be deployed if needed.

Great! Please post your findings. I am also curious as to how much of all the FEMA info out there is real and what is fear mongering.

Although I do believe the camps exist, I find it hard to wrap my mind around 600 such sites. But lately, nothing is surprising me anymore, just getting more frustrated.

I dont live too far from this and have actually been there with my daughter for a 4-H competition. Sadly though this was 3 or 4 years ago before FEMA camps were a part of my thinking, so I didn't pay much attention to the camp while there. We were just in one building and it was nothing but a big one room building. Peace

Been tryin to embed pictures of the place but I am not having any luck. There are a few in the link I provided.
Not sure what to think about this one. I do find it odd that a 4-H camp would require an iron fence around it. I suppose if I were a govt building holding pins for my own people to use at some undetermined date then what better way to disguise such places as to use them as summer camps for the little ones.

I know this vid is 2 yrs old but somehow it has very few views. I think it shows a clear picture of what Martial Law would look like in America.
