It's a long story.But i have something in the palm of my right hand that may be an implant.

I would strongly suggest that you have your palm x-rayed. If it is "odd" you can have it removed, google alien implants, you will find links to people that can remove them. You need an x-ray first for them to look at tho, before they will remove anything.
