There is similar Hip-Hop. If you want such lyrics, you should get the Non-Prophets album Hope on Lex Records. On Bleep, you can listen the entire album for free before you buy it. I like the songs Spaceman, New World Order and Tolerance Level best. Anticon also has a similar style recordings. The MC, Sage Francis, on Non-Prophets has a solo album on Anticon.

Then you ofcourse have the artists on Constellation Records. Especially Godspeed! You Black Emperor is politically engaged. The best GYBE album is Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven. Symphonic post-rock, but it's not as pretentious as the genre makes it sound. There are no samples I know of, but you'll have no trouble finding some of the four 20-minute tracks on your favourite peer-to-peer software.

JadaKiss also says a few lyrics about the NWO and ' Why did bush knock down the towers'

NaS also is fully aware of the NWO. 'Illuminati rule my mind, soul and my body. Secret Society tryin' keep an eye on me.

Common and MoS Def have mention a few things in their tunes. Mostly undersground hip-hop is spreading the word though.

Wu Tang also have a few things to say about their views on the NWO.

If I think of some more I will post, with the lyrics too.

gamma ray has used this theme in some songs too

"This is the time of the ending
It's the dawn of a new world order
This is a new beginning
Where a new world shall arise, we scream
On the wings of yesterday you're gonna die
And you know it's gonna be - we're screaming"

pretty cool song too, as all songs of this fantastic heavy metal band.

ah, the song is called New World Order

I heard Jadakiss' song on the radio yesterday and was outraged they removed the word Bush from his song

so the song went "Why did ---- knock down the towers"

Here are the lyrics to his song:

[Jadakiss]
Aha
It's dat real
Yo, why is Jadakiss as hard as it gets
Why is the industry designed to keep the artist in dept
And why them dudes ain't ridin' if there part of your set
And why they never get it poppin' but they party to death
Yea, and why they gon give you life for a murder
Turn around only give you eight months for a burner, it's goin down
Why they sellin' niggaz CD's for under a dime
If it's all love daddy why you come wit your nine
Why my niggaz ain't get that cake
Why is a brother up North better than Jordan
That ain't get that break
Why you ain't stackin' instead of tryin' to be fly
Why is rattin' at an all time high
Why are you even alive
Why they kill Tupac n' Chris
Why at the bar you ain't take straight shots instead of poppin Crist'
Why them bullets have to hit that door
Why did Kobe have to hit that raw
Why he kiss that whore
Why

[Chorus: Anthony Hamilton]
All that I been givin'
Is this thing that I've been living
They got me in the system
Why they gotta do me like that
Try'd to make it my way
But got sent up on the highway
Why, oh why
Why they do me like that

[Jadakiss]
Why would niggaz push pounds and powder
Why did bush knock down the towers
Why you around them cowards
Why Aaliyah have to take that flight
Why my nigga D ain't pull out his Ferrari
Why he take that bike
Why they gotta open your package and read your mail
Why they stop lettin' niggaz get degreez in jail
Why you gotta do eighty-five percent of your time
And why do niggaz lie in eighty-five percent of they rhymes
Why a nigga always want what he can't have
Why I can't come through in the pecan Jag
Why did crack have to hit so hard
Even though it's almost over
Why niggaz can't get no jobs
Why they come up wit the witness protection
Why they let the terminator win the election
Come on, pay attention
Why sell in the stores what you can sell in the streets
Why I say the hottest # but we sellin' the least

[Chorus]

[Jadakiss]
Uh, yea, yo
Why Halle have to let a white man pop her to get a Oscar
Why Denzel have to be crooked before he took it
Why they didn't make the CL6 wit a clutch
And if you don't smoke why the hell you reachin' for my dutch
Why rap, cause I need air time
Why be on the curb wit a "why lie I need a bare" sign
Why all the young niggaz is dyin'
Cause they moms at work, they pops is gone, they livin' wit iron
Why they ain't give us a cure for aids
Why my diesel have fiends in the spot on the floor for days
Why you screamin' like it's slug, it's only the hawk
Why my buzz in L.A. ain't like it is in New York
Why you forcin' you to be hard
Why ain't you a thug by choice
Why the whole world love my voice
Why try to tell 'em that it's the flow son
And you know why they made the new twenties
Cause I got all my old ones
That's why

[Chorus]

Examples:

1. Dead Prez - These Are the Times:

"They call it New World Order
But, son, this game is in the fourth quarter
World War 3, don't drink the water"

2. Rage Against the Machine - The Ghost of Tom Joad (Springsteen Cover)

"Men walkin' 'long the railroad tracks
Goin' someplace there's no goin' back
Highway patrol choppers comin' up over the bridge
Hot soup on a campfire under the bridge
Shelter line stretchin' 'round the corner
Welcome to the new world order"

3. KRS-One - 2nd Quarter

"You could love your neighborhood without loving poverty
follow me, every mother, father, son, daughter
there's no reason to fear the New World Order
we must order the whole new world to pay us
the New World Order and the old state chaos
the Big Brother watching over you, is a lie you see"

4. The Vandals - If the Government Could Read my Mind

"Baby I'm more than a little concerned you see
about the New World Order conspiracies
And the covert spreading of deadly disease
They've got earthquake machines and UFO's
and black helicopters wherever we go
But I forget them all when you are with me
They can telepathically read my mind I'm not scared of what
they'll find - Let them do what they're gonna do
'Cause if the government can read my mind
they know I'm thinking of you.

They've got secretly funded internment camps
and biological warfare labs
But when you look at me they all don't seem so bad
They've got Martian traded technology,
and mind control psychology
I'll let them do what they wanna do
'Cause if the government can read my mind
they know I'm thinking of you."

Nas - The World is Yours (Remix)

"I'm gettin vexxed: illuminati, Juliani, 666.."

Midnight Oil - Renaissance Man

"A new world order has been formed
Between the cheque book and the dawn
A new renaissance man is born"

Of course lyrical examples could go on forever.

Other than direct references there are tons of politically charged bands and songs that hint at the illuminati, secret, societies blah blah blah.

Fun topic!

Don't forget good 'ol System of A Down, here are some excerpts from "The Prison Song"

They're trying to build a prison,
They're trying to build a prison,

Following the rights movements
You clamped on with your iron fists,
Drugs became conveniently
Available for all the kids,

Nearly 2 million Americans are incarcerated
In the prison system, prison system,
Prison system of the U.S.

Minor drug offenders fill your prisons
You don't even flinch
All our taxes paying for your wars
Against the new non-rich,
Minor drug offenders fill your prisons
You don't even flinch
All our taxes paying for your wars
Against the new non-rich,

Utilizing drugs to pay for secret wars around the world,
Drugs are now your global policy,
Now you police the globe,

CARL KLANG:

We Ain't Gonna Fight For The New World Order

We ain't gonna wait around any longer, we ain't gonna' hesitate anymore
Now that we've opened up our eyes and analyzed the situation
We realize that we're in a war
And it's a struggle for the life of our nation
For the survival of our sovereignty
And it's a battle for the heart and mind and soul of our people
For our Freedom and our Liberty

And so we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order
And we ain't gonna train to be no UN soldier
And we ain't gonna give the enemy no more aid nor quarter
'Cause we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order

Said, no way Jose. They can't make us 'cause they can't break us
Say adios to old Butrose Butrose
Surrender our nation to your global plantation?
...I don't think so

We're gonna fire off some letters to Congress
We're gonna' floodem' with or faxes and phone calls
We're gonna tellem' we the people won't put up with their treason
With their stealin' and their stallin' and stone walls
And if they keep forgettin' just who the boss is
We might as well not pay'um anymore taxes
If we the people finally get our whole act together
We could have the Global Bankers for breakfast

Because we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order
And we ain't gonna train to be no UN soldier
And we ain't gonna give the enemy no more aid nor quarter
Cause we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order

We say, no way Jose. They can't make us 'cause they can't break us
Say good-bye and so long to the new guy Kofi Annon
Trade away our system for global communism?
WE DON'T THINK SOOO!!!!!

We're gonna' agitate some radio stations.
We're gonna' try to get'um playin' our songs
And if they flat refuse to play patriotic music
Then we'll know whose side they're really on
And when we take it to the streets of our cities
We'll force the media to cover our action
And when we vote we're gonna dominate the comin' elections
And make the Rockefellers wonder what happened

And so we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order
And we Ain't gonna' train to be no UN soldier
And we ain't gonna' give the enemy no more aid nor quarter
'Cause we ain't gonna fight for the New World Order
God bless the Republic. Through faith we can not fail.
Death to the New World Order and we shall prevail!!!!!

Artist: AZ
Album: Doe Or Die
Song: We Can't Win
Typed by: [email protected]

Intro: (*guy talking*)

Yo God, thru the knowledge, God, it's like this
This world is rude and controlled by society
that exists with the societies, that exists, with the societies, God
You understand? These secret societies is manouvering within society to
control society
That's why society is outta control
33rd and one third, I heard the illuminated ones, huh

Verse 1:

The last days we're facin, that's the case when the emanicpation
Proclamation decays, back to the plantation
The government plottin a nuclear detonation
Destroyin vegetation, water, the Newer Order means starvation
The I on the dollar symbolise illumination
of society, secretly overseein population
Understand it, the government plans to enslave the planet
I'm trapped in a faze, thinkin of ways, can it
happen? 85 percent of the population nappin
Prayin in churches, catchin the Holy Ghost clappin
Across the border travellin, I found the Nile across the water
Teachin my peoples the age of the Newer Order
Twenty five to click blood line, we toast off wine
Snap clips in 9's, wit minds more advanced than Einstein
and Murman, knock down walls like Berlin
Take it out, we can't get in
We can't win

Chorus:

We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get outttttttttttt

Verse 2:

See I, wrote up a composition, I made a decision
for competition, some invite lifestyles that I be livin
Wit tribes I been in, wit the little brothers that's sinnin
So I started to vision, crack fiends formin
On collision, my mind is in that position for soul fishin
My only dream was to be a musician
Better yet a mortician, that's the life condition
Cos everybody knows they gonna die, crackers they analyse
????? plus I feels the vibe, mother cries
Plenty mothers that tries, now that she knows her son's gonna die
Take a trip, pass the lye, now ease
The mind escape from the crimes of New York times
Cos I'm one of the brothers who made it throughout the others
The Rotten Apple's tryin to break loose from these shackles
No doubt, I follow routes, guzzlin Hennessey, mixed wit style
In the ghetto, we can't get out
We can't win

Chorus

Verse 3:

Nothin can stop the nation, elevation, daily operation
Since man creation, we increase the population
Proper education, got us tappin in information
Preventin from gettin locked under top-secret investigation
Guiliani's part of Illuminati
A million minds in one body designed to decline society
They wanna lease 1.2 billion deceased
While the rest is left with the mark of the beast on their domepiece
Prepare, the signs of the times now are near
That I'll wake scare, findin Zaire, soon be here
So tune your ears, and be saved from a slave
cos in a matter of days I'ma E-Q your brainwaves
AZ the Visualiza is wise as Elijah
Here to advise ya, and bring out the realness that's up inside ya
Intoxication, my voicebox rocks the nation
Sweet affiliation, the Doe Or Die situation

Chorus:

We can't win
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get outttttttt

We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get out and we can't get in
We can't get outtttttttt

MATTHEW GOOD LYRICS

"Lullaby For The New World Order"

I've a favor to ask, maybe this is a bad time
You know whenever you ask there's never a good time
How do you take your heart out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?

Somebody gave you a choice
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it

Here's something to ask if these are the bad times
Because whenever you ask why it's never the good times
How will we get ourselves out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?

Somebody gave you a choice
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it
Just a lullaby for the new world order

Man ... I'm 'only' 42 but I feel so old now.
I have never heard of any of these people
or their songs that you listed.

I listen to Nickelback, Creed, Coldplay, etc.

I thought I was pretty cool being 42 and
listening to these guys instead of the
'oldies' station that played 1980 +/-

YIKES! I guess I'll go take a nap now or
something ... isn't that what us old folks
do?

lol Flyers, the bands you listed are cool too they just don't sing about the NWO

Even though coldplay sings about politics a lot I don't think they ever mentioned the NWO

There's this one as well-- plus in the video, you have that clip of some GHWB speech where he discusses something and likens it to a "New World Order"...

Ministry, "N.W.O"

All the locals hide their tears of regret
Open fire cos I love you to death
Sky high, with a heartache of stone
You'll never see me cos i'm always alone

How to love without a trace of dissent
I'll buy the torture cos you pay for the rent
Tied high with a broken command
You're all alone to the promised land

I'm in love with this malicious intent
You've been taken but you don't know it yet
What you will know must never live to be found
Cos it's the subject of the eyes of the drowned
