Who forces you to wear heels? I hate heels myself, havent worn them since I was twenty. I won't be uncomfortable for fashion.

I like them, but they have never liked me. I have a tendency to forget I am wearing them, break into my normal stride, only to slide into an ungraceful version of the splits when stilleto meets pavement at too sharp an angle. Not very lady-like! The last time I wore them (forced by bridesmaid duties) my arches collapsed and I couldn't walk for a week. Very ouch indeed! Kind of put me off for good, though I have a couple of pairs in the dressing up box, I would never risk leaving the house in them (less risk on carpeted surfaces), my skanky old trainers are far, far kinder, plus they go through the washing machine and come out all shiny again

Have you tried Ryka sneakers?? Made for women's feet. I developed Plantar fasciitis.. RN on my feet 24/7 even at my weight and physical fitness. I had a terrible time.. you really cant walk when it hurts that bad. The specialist said buy Ryka... I swear to you.. these are the best shoes Ive had for everything. I am not now due to a car wreck, but usually work out 4 days a week. I can do that with no pain and the funny thing is that these shoes DO NOT wear out like the 200.00 ones!
They do tennis shoes and other kinds of shoes. ryka.com...
LOL!!! Hmm cant say Ive seem emerald green ones.

Trainers do break down though... just FYI. I was advised by our trainer to change mine every 6 months because the tread gets worn lopsided and the support/arch loosens. I mean I guess it depends on what youre doing in them.. but for hard core training you dont usually see folks use them more than 6 months or so before they are replaced. I dont do anything like I used to anymore as far as working out. As you can see, Im on here sitting on my ass typing.. but my shoes look GREAT!
