Did Ben Fulford warn about the japanese earthquake before it happened?, page 1

This is something that I really want to know. Did he warn about it before it happened?
Or did he just jump on the radio post March 11 and talked about HAARP weapons? Anyone knows?

He did have a warning about it a year or two before it actually happened. It has something to do with some negotiations going on at the time.

I watched one of his videos around 2 years before saying that he was warned there was going to be an Earthquake under a nuclear power plant in Japan

I don't think he warned it was going to happen.

In an interview with Project Camelot he mentioned how it had happened in the past, but I don't recall him saying it will happen in the future. He was just giving an example of what these "elites" are capable of.
