I woke up and rolled over
You were laying next to me
I gave you a kiss on the lips
You smiled at me
But This time there was no smile
I then realized it was all a dream!

I fell asleep and dropped to the ground.
My pillow was doing absolutely nothing next to me.
I hugged it for being so soft.
It smiled at me.
But this time there was no soft pillow.
I then realized i was hallucinating...
That was my special edit

kid_cudi i've seen several threads with these poems, what do they mean? where do they come from? (Not being nasty, just curious, that's all)

They don't really have any meaning behind them. The meaning is for the reader to decide. Basically the reader will ultimately decide the meaning of the poem after they read it. And to be honest.. They just come from the top of my head as I sit down and write them.

The meaning behind these poems for me is probably different than the way everyone else interprets it.
Each poem represents a different expect of my life, a different occasion, a different experience if you will.

I don't think about what I want to write lol it Just happens as soon as the pencil touches the paper.

So what your saying is, each poem is a part of your life, good or bad?

One of your poems was about your cousin (correct me if im wrong), having a serious condition.

Out of curiosity are you a poet or a writer?

I'm pretty much both a poet and a writer. Also I went through 5 years of college at a university and the whole time I was there i was pretty much writing papers so I decided that since I was forced write so many papers I was not interested in I'll start writing my own stuff after I graduate.

Basically I took all the knowledge I gained from 5 years of writing and decided to make it hobby.
And yes these poems are part of my life good and bad and yes one was about my cousin.
