A Top Secret Military Specialist, who was injured in the Pentagon explosion on September 11, 2001 and who sued Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Air Force General Richard Myers for conspiracy, terrorism, constitutional violations, and for personal injuries, will have her case heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit (Connecticut) on April 5.

Don't go up against Dick......Everyone knows he has shot people for less! I have genuine concerns for this woman.

Top Secret Military Specialist... lol. A MP with security clearance.

Anyways, I did not know this was going to be held in Connecticut! Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I live only 30 minutes away or so and would love to hear the case.

I see a military person going to court and the judge chastising said person for being a coonspiracy theorist.
While i do not agree with the 911 OS and do believe the "terrorists" probably had help, i don't see this case or any other 911 borne cases going anywhere.

Why do people post hype (lies)? April Gallop is not, has never been a military officer. She was an administrative specialist on maternity leave. If you can't even get that fact straight, then it is not worth reading any further.

Well, in the court complaint she is stated as a

...career member of the US Army, a ranking specialist with top secret clearance, who had served six years, two-and-a-half of them in Germany, before being assigned to the Pentagon in 2000. Her desk was roughly 40 feet from the point where the plane allegedly hit the outside wall.

Did you even bother to read through the provided source, and the sources it provided? She wasn't on maternity leave, either. Strike-out?

She brings up many good points in the complaint, backed by irrefutable science, so even if the judge calls her a conspiracy theorist, he can't really say that modern science is wrong.

Even if it doesn't go anywhere, if it gets significant media coverage that will be beneficial as well. People need to hear the scientific facts, even if this case here only specifically addresses the Pentagon attacks, and hopefully open up their eyes.
