I don't believe in shapeshifters or reptilians. Most, if not all videos that are shown as 'proof' show the same video compression artefacts on the teeth too when they speak. No-one is paying attention to that. The eyes are usualy the most rapid moving pixels in a shot where a face is dominant, like an anchorman

I love how these "shapeshifters" always seem to be on youtube videos.

No, none walking around and shapeshifting next to me in the street or at the bus stop. None on my local news or tv stations.

No - just youtube. Which is a streaming video service that uses compression to store the vast number of videos it holds.

Any of you shapeshift-believing geniuses every thought of contacting the video feed source directly for a raw digital copy of the supposed shapeshifter? No, thought not, because you'd see a clean copy devoid of video artefacts.

Her fathers first name is probably Matt, as he's an American.

Her father's name is George and it his interesting profile makes one wonder if he doesn't work for The Company while running the American Community School at Beirut. I find his choice of names for his daughter interesting for an American. Also war reporters are Key Cover Jobs for agency spooks and it could very well be that she joined the family business in a pre-destined role for which she was skillfully coached. No need for code names, ARWA would be made plenty ready to be deployed in AWAR.

Her mother is Syrian and her maternal family might not be overly pleased of the circumstances for their reunion while she covers for CNN (and whoever else) the forthcoming invasion of Syria. Let them be consoled that at least the Deplete Uranium missiles will come with a spin formula of "Freedom Bombs" that promise to Blast them into Democracy.

None of this precludes this person being a Rept - after all the CIA does pander to them.

People can say "video artifacts" all they want, you can not deny that in almost all of these instances the camera shifts away right when the "artifacts" start to occur. Is this caused by the camera's jump to another screen? Why is it centralized on the person's eyes and not the entire picture? And how the show's hosts always look down as if they are also embarrassed by the shape shifting, like seeing someone with food on their mouth and you're so embarrassed for them you don't want to tell them to wipe their face, but wth this is a reptile shaping in front of you and you don't have the decency to let them know?

Bull puck! I saw this myself. Paused my DVR, grabbed my kid's video camera, and taped it. My kid gave me a quick lesson on how to make a video on youtube!

You are full of it or you have seen a different day of her reporting as I have since I caught this! SHe is the main reporter out of Libya right now for CNN.

I watched her in the last few days and did not catch any strange anomolies like on this video I posted, although she still does the strange blinking.

You will not disprove this video, because I know what I video'd and this is straight off my TV!

Edit to add, I watched this reporter either yesterday or the day before, and she still did the wierd blinking and the editing dept cut away from her and would show John King just sitting there, while y0ou could still hear her talking. THen they'd cut back to her again briefly, only to again cut to John sitting there listening to her. It was strange, and made me think they are aware of her strange eyes, and so cut away from her alot.

All most of us have to go on is not an original presence with this reporter at the time of recording nor even having seen this either in live feed or replayed on broadcast TV, but in more or less processed downgraded digital videos on the web. This means that we are quite far removed from being able to know for sure what we are looking at. However unless most video software has been designed with a common flaw of focussing digital errors around the subject's eyes, it is hard to make a case for a pattern of occurences in a single image area on multiple instances, unless you figure that they indeed happen elsewhere in other video segments but since it is in places we don't focus our attention on we tend to not notice this as it occurs in other instances?


However, it appears that we have two separate and diverging testimonials concerning what we are looking at, insofar as to how it appeared when first viewed. I will admit that if this footage hadn't been in a "shapeshifting reporter" thread I may not have noticed anything unusual on first viewing concentrating more on the news than the reporter's facial features. How noticeable this was might have to do with the image characteristics of your TV screen and especially its contrast settings. Lower the contrast on your computer screen (by dimming it) and you will see that it is less noticeable. Newer high contrast LCD screens might sharpen the image also making this even more striking.


Regarding my previous post, those were off the wall comments. I do find that doing that sort of work isn't usuqlly Kosher, war reporting that is. I've known several but chose to not go to combat scenes myself for moral reasons. It's one thing to go there to make a difference, another to gawk and churn the spin. The family comments were especially uncalled for... actually they were brought up in response to another poster's paternity comment, but it was out of line to pursue that especially with unfounded speculative allegations which I would edit were there not the Fragin' 4 hour ATS time limit which lease mistakes glaring forever.


Today, in the process of my job I had a one on one contact with someone who I judge to be a regular young man trying to live his life. In the course of our conversation I strangely noticed that the pupils of his pale gray-green eyes were eliptical, not fully vertical but almost. He noticed that I noticed and he became very frightened. I sensed that this was not fright of being what we here are calling Repts or Shapeshifters, but of being outcast, hated, rejected or otherwise marked due to this physical feature. I have seen a lot of quite nasty people in my life and know what a real Rept is like having met up with one.


This was one decent gentle young man with no trace of anything dubious from what I could tell. Nonetheless I had to look down or away because whenver my eyes would meet his my brain would go into alert mode due to this rare and recognizable feature. Also it was not an optical effect given several other people had taken the same place facing my chair for a one on one checkout before and after him in the same lighting conditions and it was not an optical effect.


So even if we denote that certain people have unusual, seemingly reptoid features, maybe this is without their desire or consent and something totally unrelated to the real Repts who are out there and strictly up to no good. Not like this fellow who was the sort who would help an old lady across the street. So maybe this Reporter does have certain strange 'shapeshifting' characteristics but without having this biological trait dominate her choices and behavior? It is going to be important, if we do learn more about this phenomenon, to be sure of who is what and of what that might mean - none of that Shoot First and Ask Questions Later baloney.

Ok, I deserved that. But when you know what you know and someone calls you basically a liar, it pisses you off. I was a little too defensive, I have to admit, and I'm a dudette! Anyway, laughing at myself now for my behavior.

Also, to Getsmart. Embarrassingly I still have and old giant TV, not a flat screen. So this was filmed off of lousy definition TV, if that matters. I can not imagine someone seeing this later than me, because Wolf Blitzer was having a live conversation with the reporter during it, and 15 minutes later a new news show started.
If I ever do this again, I will show the full screen, my dvr, rewind and show it rewinding, and narrate. Maybe that will cover any suspicion.

Actually this makes your 'sighting' on TV more credible because CRT tube televisions introduce very few artifacts as compared to many flat screens which have extensive and often complicated image processing built in to scale and deinterlace signals. Your TV not being progressive but instead being interlaced makes it less likely that this was an induced artifact in your TV receiver or signal processing stages.


Like another poster says - what's with it with all these shapeshifting reporters? While that was an ironic rhetorical question, maybe he/she should consider the larger control of our social reality brought on by direct journalistic control over what images and captions we are exposed to: their presence was denounced several decades ago in the movie "They Live":

Personally I don't ascribe to the theory that the exorbitant TV Digicams used in Studios and field reporting are so poor that they create artifacts that a discounted obsolete clearance camera from Walmart can't produce in our home movies. Furthermore, the reactions of their colleagues either shifting rapidly away and changing the subject or sounding off in shock reveals that this isn't just an electronic artifact. Apparently, in fact They Live and they have infested our TV Studios just like in the movie "They Live".
