This is really sad, BP should be paying for what they did. The gulf of Mexico will take a long time to recover, and we might not see it recover in our lifetimes.

We can see how transparent Obama's government is...

BTW, did anyone find out if the 100 mile new oil sleek is new, or is it part of the oil that BP tried to hide with Corexit?

I certainlly hope this doesn't lead eventually to thier extinction. If so its our fault. For greed.

And strange that it happens to one of the most advanced ocean life forms...and a good runner-up for intelligence on this planet...but like someone said not other sea life an mass. Maybe because of thier mental complexity and proximity to shorelines?

Makes me sad to see these beautifull creatures/people die from likely "preventable" things.

Peace.

Isn't it funny that most outcry was when we could actually see the oil and it was ruining our beaches and in turn ruining tourism? Now that they have "hidden" the oil and make no mistake it's still there, we don't hear much about it anymore. It was always about getting the oil out of view, spraying the ocean with chemicals sending it to the bottom or under the surface where it wasn't our problem anymore. We can't expect to infect this planet with no recourse, we just can't. They hid the oil and now will try and hide the disasterous consequences.
