Obama administration restricts findings on Gulf’s dead dolphins

Well guys if your tired of being treated like this who's ready to act? Who's ready to build an email list and notify people? When and how many of you are ready to go to DC and demand action and freedom for all? It's not rocket science people organize this sorta thing all the time. If people are ready to act then act I'm sure your not the only one's out there. As much as social media is used against our minds how bout using it to help. I'd love to be a part of some action being taken. U2U me anytime to get together and plan a way to stop this type of thing from being perpetrated against us. Let's go demand a change for us the people of this country and hell other countries too cause it's not just us. South America's got countries along that gulf so does Central America. Let's do this!

This is another one of those stories that I just can't understand. I can't get my head around it.

The governements job in the U.S. is not to keep information from the public. The government and the President is elected to serve the people. To serve.

Why do Americans consistantly allow their governments to hide information from the citizens. The government are not special. They are not aliens, they are not superhuman. How can they decide what people should be told or what should be kept secret. Countries like this are called dictatorships. The people in office are no different from anyone else. They have no god given right to hide information from the people who elected them. When will american people wake up and demand their government to behave properly.

Other countries have demanded truth from their governements and had them removed. I guess the american people just aren't capable enough to go out on the streets and ask for change. I can just imagine the info wikileaks would start publishing if the American public took to the streets.

I really don't understand how a country that is supposed to be a democracy seems to have so many secrets. It doesn't make any sense.

Someone is poisoning your ocean, killing your dolphins, have the guts to come and say to you in your face "you don't need to know about the reasons that those dolphins die", and nobody does a thing? A phone call, an email, an article in the newspaper or a blog? Some kind of protest?

Exactly. More hollow words whining about who to blame. I live in DC and have participated in protests. It's pretty sad that people around the world are willing to die for what they believe in but in the US we are in a fog and unable to get the couch potatoes off their a$$ to speak out. Too self absorbed to even boycott those corporations that own us. We are puppets, we are slaves. The founding fathers would be ashamed.....

Maybe they are looking more than they did before the spill. Are they using the same collection methods? If the scientist are so worried then don't take goverment money. Do the research yourself.

Why is this a stupid move? They have gotten away with hiding things from the public for decades.

They are hiding it because they know the general public tolerate this behaviour.

When did this all start. When did the government in the U.S. decide that the public needed to be 'protected' from certain information. Looking at this behaviour now it makes the U.S. look like one the most backward countries on the planet. So bizzare.

What's your problem? By no means did you contribute a thing to this thread. The op's picture was of dead tuna, not dolphins and since changed. I assume the second link used them for a stronger effect since the tuna are bloodied up. I posted a tuna picture to show the likeness.

THis bring tears to my eyes. I believe the karmic wheel will take care of the people who caused this. I feel like humanity and planet earth are hitting rock bottom right now.We can only go up from here.Try to think positive. I know its really hard after seeing this crap.

The picture used in the OP is that of a bottle nosed dolphin and not a "tuna." Have you ever seen a tuna? There is nothing misleading about using the still shot in the OP.

Chemicals from farming, drugs in human urine, animal wastes, road-salt and de-icing chemicals-think of everything going into the Gulf?
I was just at the Gulf, both northerly and farther south. Up north it was odd how I could not smell the ocean at all, even on the beach.

I don't know where all the oil dispersants went, but I was impressed by the signage everywhere in Alabama, saying BP will "fix this"

I am on of independent Iranian people. I am acting and talking based on information I have collected. may be I am weak on gathering info but you could notice that. you have chosen the other way.
you want to find a law about America haters. you have learned it from the history , there were wise and knowledgeable people in the past . they were finding the facts and laws of the nature. you want to be respected and famous like those people ( i.e Newton ) .

you think that if you find a law about people and telling others about that law will make you respectful. you want to tell others that you have already find the way to find the America haters. but I don't fit into that law.
