If ET came to save us...

...because all life in earth was in danger of extinction from all the wars, radiation, diseases and all the natural disasters. They would come to take us to their planet. They would be a different species, everything would be different. They would offer to take us to a "safe place" where we could begin a new life. They start taking family by family into their spaceships, it is your families turn, would you accept their help and go, or would you not trust them and decide to stay on earth?

I ask because I had a dream a few days ago where this was happening and the ETs took my family in one spaceship and I was left on earth.

If an ET race came to our rescue...

I would look back into the old scriptures like the bible and I ould see that they are probably followed by another race and we will be in mortal danger.

What I see is a warning from the past...

i dont think anyone is going to come and help us sir.

humanity has sealed its fate. maybe whatever the outcome is of what is happening, they might come and help us but since humanity cant even seem to show that it can help itself without blaming others or looking for a scape goat, not a thing is going to come and save us except maybe a comet to put Earth out of its misery. humanity as it stands now is nothing more then a virus. we have done nothing but rape our planet of its resources, polluted its air and water, killed off the creatures we share this planet with, and we continue to kill ourselves over and over and over for reasons of either greed, or who has the better name for god.

tell me, if you were an alien visiting a planet for research matters or whatever else, and on that planet lived horrible violent, ignorant creatures who cared very little of the habitat that they lived in, would you help them out? or would you just jot down notes on what you saw and continued on to the next world?

if aliens do help us, it will only be to help the few open minded, consciously aware people who care more about this planet and its inhabitants then the 98% of the population who does not fit into that category. i also doubt that they would bring us to their world, after what we have done to our world. i doubt they would take us to any planet at that.

What if they're the kind of aliens who deem the "negative" works of humanity to be a highly esteemed value in their culture? That way we could continue on as we wish. I just hope that the aliens would be rich enough to afford several planets their guests can exploit. ^^

Honestly, whether I believed they were going to help me or serve me up for dinner when I got back to their world, I would probably go with them. At least I'd have some kind of answers before I died.

I guess my theory would be if aliens do exist and are capable of interstellar travel then it would be highly unlikely that they would "need" us for anything, therefore if they did make themselves known and offered to help us I'd lean more towards trusting them than being afraid.

I don't see a point in saving the human species. enlighten me

I see that there is a possibility , maybe it is one created in our own limited minds but who knows..

What if they are interested in the human emotion of empathy or maybe love.. What if they are not capable of emotions at all and there lifes are based upon instinct ?

This is part 1 of 7 that explores the idea that Aliens are actually Demons, if that's the case, I highly doubt they have any interest in helping us in any way. A little out there theory, but it does make some sense in some ways.

I think all the video footage and testimony of a lot of people over time at least proves that there's something there. I have no idea if they are Aliens, Demons or something else entirely. I watched this last night and thought it was an interesting theory. In a thread about ET's helping us, it was my intention that this series could shed some light on the idea of us being helped out be ET's, if they, key word IF, they really are Demons working to decieve us for their own goals.

Hmmmm, then they would have US.

Who would save THEM?

I wasn't asking whether they would come or not. I was asking, theoretically, if they came to take us, would you trust them or not?

If they did you would sleep then wake up in their care. maybe on another planet with no memory of ever encountering them.............. They would have orders to help and not wait to do so. If they are the "nice" kind.

This is why they are here today - this has happened twice before in our history: C 40,000 BC and C 13,500 BC. Something is coming, and based solely on the fact that there is a recurring event in the past linked to their arrival, logic would dictate this same event is coming again. The decision to go will be 100% yours.

I think ET would give us all the finger...

Yours is a great and classic question which many stories have been written with both good and bad endings (for us). I feel that most, if not all, of the institutions on this planet would probably be suspicious, because they do not want to lose their place in the paradigm as it currently exists, until they can figure out a way to profit from it.

However on an individual basis many will welcome the offer and opportunity to go on the great adventure that has been dreamed about for the last couple of generations.

Would they be advanced? Technologically, yes. As a civilization with values (spiritual and otherwise) as we currently define them? That would be difficult to predict. Like many point out about our own civilization—we walk around with our pockets or bags filled with amazing gadgets and are told that more are in development but we still have issues of control, greed, poverty, inequity, vanity, etc. Would we want to be visited by our own kind? Probably not. But if we were visited by a truly advanced civilization that happened to be in the neighborhood looking to do charity work for the “lesser developed species”—ok, let’s go.

I'd go.

If my choices are as you say;

1) Stay on Earth and get shot, or die of radiation poisoning. Or some other form of desease.

2) Leave with the others and "possibly be killed"

Hell, at least I'd get to see some of the universe before my time came
