They will only help in the case of things which don't have their origin on our planet, or that we ourselves are not responsible for.

Alex Collier has spoken a lot about the Andromedans possibly blowing up some Reptilian undersea bases, which is very interesting stuff.

Some of them will also try and get in contact with us, mentally/telepathically, and tell us certain things. I think some people are genuine contactees, but there are also a lot of frauds.

The one thing which the groups I consider genuine (the Pleiadians, the Essassani, and the Andromedans primarily) persistently say, is that we really don't need anywhere near as much of their help as we think we do. Humanity's main problem at the moment is simply that we consider ourselves to be disempowered and helpless; but that it is actually an indication of the magnitude of our personal power, that if we believe we are helpless to that extent, we will arrange reality around us so that it becomes consistent with that belief. We only fundamentally need to do one thing.

We must become sufficiently tired of the current reality, that we are literally willing to die rather than continue to tolerate it. This doesn't mean that we will die, but our willingness to do so, and our desire to let go of our pre-occupation with safety in order to create change, must be genuine. We need to stop being such cowards.
