Greetings!

This post will consist of several seemingly unrelated events, objects, and reports - both around the world and on the internet - that will objectively expose the operational abilites, capabilities, and military political intentions for the implimentation and operation of a U.S. military program originally based in Alaska (and now with branch relay stations, grid antennae arrays covering entire popultion centers, and one (known) mobile phased array transmitter, worldwide...) known as the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

Some of this material has been exposed here on ATS and other websites in the past. This report should be viewed as a reminder of the facts as they IRREFUTABLY exist about HAARP, as well as now, with HAARP becomming an irrefutable cause of worldwide disasters, this report shall serve its primary purpose of WARNING mankind that the HAARP grid is almost complete, and to prepare to be influenced by, controlled by, manipulted by, irritated by, suggested to by, communicated to by, reminded by*** (see definition), hospitalized by, and even killed directly by, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

*** Reminded being defined as having one's mind completely whiped of memory sequences and/ or replaced with new sets of memory sequences. An entire lifetime's remembrances can be created and programmed...

This is not a joke. This is not a movie. It's VERY REAL. It has been researched by professionals, discussed by the military, referranced by governments, and praised by politicians.

The science(s) surrounding HAARP's technology have all been documented, with newly discovered applications being referranced, studied, and applied anually. "Initial experimentation should be focused on the interaction of electromagnetic energy and the neuromuscular junctions involved in voluntary muscle control. Theories need to be developed, modeled, and tested in experimental preparations. If successful, one could envision a weapon that would render an opponent incapable of taking any meaningful action involving any higher motor skills (e.g., using weapons, operating tracking systems). Use of such a device in an enclosed area against multiple targets (hostage situation) may be more difficult than an individual target system, but probably feasible.

"It would also appear to be possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction. When a high power microwave pulse in the gigahertz range strikes the human body, a very small temperature perturbation occurs. This is associated with a sudden expansion of the slightly heated tissue. This expansion is fast enough to produce an acoustic wave. If a pulse stream is used, it should be possible to create an internal acoustic field in the 5–15 kilohertz range, which is audible. Thus, it may be possible to 'talk' to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to them.

"In comparison to the discussion in the paragraphs above, the concept of imprinting an experience set is highly speculative, but nonetheless highly exciting. A new class of weapons, based on electromagnetic fields, has been added to the muscles of the military organism. The C3I [Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence] doctrine is still growing and expanding. It would appear that the military may yet be able to completely control the minds of the civilian population."7

The targeting of civilian populations by the military is a significant departure from its history. In the past, the military has used persuasion through real information rather than using deliberate deception and mind manipulation to win populations over.

"A decoy and deception concept presently being considered is to remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwaves. When people are illuminated with properly modulated low power microwaves the sensation is reported as a buzzing, clicking, or hissing which seems to originate (regardless of the person's position in the field) within or just behind the head. The phenomena occurs [sic] at average power densities as low as microwatts per square centimeter with carrier frequencies from 0.4 to 3.0 GHz. By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created. Such an understanding is not only required to optimize the use of the concept for camouflage, decoy and deception operations but is required to properly assess safety factors of such microwave exposure."8

Actual testing of certain systems has proven "that movements, sensations, emotions, desires, ideas, and a variety of psychological phenomena may be induced, inhibited, or modified by electrical stimulation of specific areas of the brain. These facts have changed the classical philosophical concept that the mind was beyond experimental reach."9

Barium tracing shows up on X-Band Radar. An X-Band Radar was on its way to Alaska on an oil rig just as hurricane Katrina was seemingly steered towards New Orleans redirecting attention from the radar to FEMA’s excessive foul ups.

Aluminum in the atmosphere can be used by radio frequency technology such as HAARP. HAARP is the largest ionispheric heater in the world. It uses Extremely Low Frequency (E.L.F.) radio waves to heat parts of the atmosphere and move the jet stream to direct storms. Sun cycle 23 hit planet earth with massive Coronal Mass Ejections in 1999. When the solar flare actually struck the planet “super storms” formed. Strangely, the news reported that these storms were caused by “El Nino”, an ocean-atmosphere phenomenon.

HAARP-like technology is also used in submarine communications which many believe is causing whales to beach themselves. The British submarine, Astute, is now the largest nuclear submarine on the planet.

A system of control is being set up all around us and in space to monitor and control the population of Earth. With chemtrails, HAARP, the neurophone and “the Grid”, we can no longer know what is natural and what is man-made. 5 - Space-Based Sensors

The Strategic Defense Initiative includes work on ground-based, air-based and space-based sensors for the surveillance, acquisition, tracking and kill assessment of ballistic missiles in all phases of their flight: boost phase; post-boost phase; mid-course; and terminal. These sensors would be required to perform their duties with high confidence in the face of an attack consisting of thousands of missiles, tens of thousands of warheads, hundreds of thousands of decoys, and billions of bits of chaff and aerosols.

Surveillance requires the continuous coverage of likely missile launch locations and regions in space through which missiles and their warheads would pass in order to reach their targets.

Acquisition requires that targets be identified as such in the presence of natural background noise and hostile interference, and that threatening objects such as warheads be discriminated from non-threatening decoys.

Tracking these targets requires that their precise location and trajectory be determined and frequently updated so that interceptor forces can be properly assigned. Target tracking also assists in the further discrimination of targets from decoys.

Sea-Based X-Band Radar is a floating, self-propelled, mobile radar station designed to operate in high winds and heavy seas. It is part of the United States Government's Ballistic Missile Defense System.

The Sea-Based X-Band Radar is mounted on a 5th generation Norwegian-designed, Russian-built CS-50 semi-submersible twin-hulled oil-drilling platform. The hull was originally built at Vyborg Shipyard, hull number 101. Conversion of the platform was carried out at the AmFELS yard in Brownsville, Texas; the radar mount was built and mounted on the platform at the Kiewit yard in Ingleside, Texas, near Corpus Christi. It is based at Adak Island in Alaska but can roam over the Pacific Ocean to detect incoming ballistic missiles. The platform is classed by ABS and has the IMO number of 8765412.

my friend lee, who is active in local politics, began seeing these towers pop up in random areas in harrisburg city. on s18th and state st. he refused to believe the info i sent him from the net. he went to city council and asked them wtf these things are and why theyre in the city. no answer. he asked, well to erect anything, you need a city permit, id like to see the city permit, this will show who applied for it and what its purpose is for. city council said they would look into it. its been 5 weeks, he took it upon himself to go to the city bldg himself. hes been denied access.

This Godlike Productions thread got pretty deep, the first peek of energetic response replying to it comming fom GLP member Omega, who states,

"OP these are likely GWEN (ground wave emergency network) towers, they are in the ELF spectrum and are used in case of a national emergency. I know where one is about 20 miles from me and anyone that f***s with one will receive an immediate armed response and thats all I am gonna say about that, lmao......"

My perception on this interaction says that these antennae, a.k.a "G.W.E.N." Towers, have everything to do with HAARP, and HAARP's planned use against America's own citizens during the initiation of martial law, enactment of REX 86, and the engagement of Homeland Secuity in a combined psych/ suppression/ internment OP planned to remedy internal threats to critical infrastructure.

Omega is (obviously) an Agent assigned to monitor and secure such sites. Really, how many of these towers exist? I bet each one has someone close by to monitor it!...

ATS recently had a member named DarkspARCS point out the increase in appearances of this antennae in Las Vegas, stating his take on them and actually reading the posted sign on the gate warning that the tower belongs to the federal government!

No, I haven't read everything in depth yet, but at a scan this looks like what I'll be reading over for the next hour or so. I'm glad you put the effort together, because it's a very confusing topic to many, and doesn't get near the exposure it should. It's been in the back of mind for almost a week now to investigate past threads on ATS in regards to the Carnicom Institute, to see who claimed it had been debunked. I was told it was debunked in times past, and still wonder if that's nothing but disinfo at large.

Pretty much the entire HAARP conspiracy starts with him and when you look into his background you will quickly find that he is a fraud. The only reason anyone has believed what he says is because he is a "doctor." I use quotes because his diploma was purchased from a diploma mill for $400.

Second, another one of your sources is David Icke. I won't get into this too much as he has been discussed enough on this site and the flaws in his theory have been amply pointed out.

Finally, you are using out of date data from NASA. Presently, the solar maximum is expected to be less active than many in recent memory and will not occur until the spring of 2013. While this prediction is from 2009 the last I saw the observed activity of the Sun matched up almost perfectly with NASA's prediction.

I'd have to suggest that you try getting info from more rational sources. There's plenty of real science about HAARP that can be easily found that shows these crazy claims about it are totally unfounded. Just a quick perusal of any of several HAARP threads here at ATS will link you to plenty of factual information, as opposed to the speculative fiction in the OP.

Nicely presented, though, what with the cool propeganda picture and all.

I must unfortunately counter your efforts with the more accurate portrayal of the information you obviously didn't review to defend the ACCURATENESS of this post.

1. Dr. Nick Begich has been directly tapped by the United States Military, and has been in this advisory administrative position since he published HIS DOCTORATE THESIS (as linked above) back in the mid nineties. The U.S. military is a serious organization, known for its intollerance of ignorance. That said, I believe that Dr. Nick Begich is a credible, expert source to referrence.

2. David Icke IS NOT A SOURCE I used in this post, but instead a post that was created upon his forums about

ELF Towers

that a member who belongs to those forums posted, in support of HAARP's ability to control ELF radio waves and the referrence made within it to G.W.E.N. Towers, and how critical the U.S. Government feels they are to securuty related isues. Obviously critically senitive enough for a gov. agent to reply to that info and leave a percieved life threatening warning about it...

3. I am not using outdated info from NASA, but information just published this year by them.

Then there are things like NASA faking solar flares, where's your credible source for this?

Do you think those with solar telescopes who can see sunspots on the sun are making it up?
Or those who see the Aurora Borealis are making it up too?

Or is the Aurora part of HAARP? Despite being seen by northerners for hundreds of years.

What about the solar cycle, you claim it's been predicted to be worse than cycle 24 and are using information from this year, where's the source for this?

I find the most common mistake made by some here at ATS and others is that they feel they need someone who has been 'state sanctioned' to tell them what is real and not and they will be the first to fall for most anything that comes out of the mouth of someone claiming to have several pieces of paper on the wall and wearing a white coat. People such as that are in no way more 'credible' than anyone else, and often I find less, as they have competing interests and are often paralyzed to look outside the confines of their small box by career, money, and sometimes retaliation. Let's just stick to the data, does it make sense, is it reasonable, is it possible? Proof is going to be very very hard to come by in so many areas as almost ALL sources could be considered comprimised, in the end we'll all just have to weigh it for ourselves and see which seems to be the most logical choice, and not to be set aside what does our INTUITION and gut feeling tell us as well?

Google is rather cozy with the NSA, which basically plugs google into most mainstream servers supporting general info for interested service personnel. Google has bot functionality that the military finds usefull, so they'll let google bots archive many of thier publcily available sites then lets google generate search resources for them.

there are a plethara of bot command sequences available... sometimes you can use these bot commands to expose hidden documents, files, and directories...

Wouldn't get too carried away doing too much of that however - seeing that these are military sites, with everything logged...
