Scientists Predict Arctic Could Be Ice-Free Within Decades

it's time for ice to melt on the artic but scientist think that more ice on the artic is decreasing. who knows when all the ice melt on the artic. www.universetoday.com...
melting must be increasing each year every time it melts i guess. it's nothing important right now i think. we just have to wait a long time. i think that because the earth is heating each year due to global warming? but it also says that it will be ice free during the summer in the decades.

The ice probably would have been gone by now except for the chem-spraying for global warming.
Since they have been spraying for over 15 years it would stand to reason they have set the time for ice free artic back a few years.
Watch The Skies people and you will figure it out.

The earth goes through cycles, whether it be warming or cooling.

I'm personally a bit tired of scientists predictions when they just regurgitate what their bankrollers tell them to. All of the REAL science gets locked up, shut down, taken away and used for nefarious purposes.... but I digress.

On topic, we've been taking measurements of the ice for how long out of how many years? It amazes me that anyone would think that they can predict what is going to happen several years from now just because we've studied if for a few decades.

They (scientists) seem to think we can predict with any certainty what the ice caps are going to do and how people change the temperatures of the entire planet, when my weatherman is still 50/50 on getting the weather right?

Who knows what's lurking there?

27 feet of ice on the Davis Straights right now and the ice thickness has been increasing every year for the last 10 years . Go to the Canadian NRcan website . I have friends at Rankin and on Baffin Island , Inuit people who have been there for at least 4,000 years . Polar bears migrated as far south as James Bay this winter looking for open water to hunt seals . This isn't Al Gore computer climate modeling that told us 10 years ago that New York would be under 10 feet of water by now but actual , on the ground science .

I love it when scientists predict climate changes. Put a bag of popcorn in the microwave, sit back on the sofa for a decade and watch them scurry about to reclassify what they meant as being the exact opposite (only after they demagogue their students and institutions into backing them in a fruitless effort to save their careers). Actually, now that they have politicians and corporations helping them they might actually succeed.

The joke is many of these scientist have never been to the arctic but turn around and claim its melting.

Or these scientist know the common people have never been there and only take the word of the scientist as to what is really happening.

I wonder what the people that work in the arctic really say like the crab fisherman of the show Deadliest Catch they work the Baring Sea every year and have for generations.

Back when deforestation was all the rage to talk about, like global warming is today, they had predicted all the rain forests would be gone by a date that we have already passed, and we still have rain forest. Check out goggle earth and look at how much of the planet is still absolutely covered in forest. All the statistics and guessing won't make that fact go away!

All these fantastical predictions are a bunch of crap. Who knows what their motivation is, but I'm not buying it!
