What exactly is "First Aid Spray" ?

1.My water bottle that I would put my knife and firetool in.
2.My sleeping bag that I would stuff my rope into as well as my snare wire and fishing kit.
3.My tarp that I would roll everything up with to carry items 2 and 1.

For me it would have to be a Sog Seal pup knife, fishing line and a crossbow. I will take it as read that I have clothes on lol.

and like someone else mentioned it's not difficult to combine a few items within a larger one to grab multiple items in 1 shot... I keep magnesium stick in the pouch my multi tool came in

well my tomahawk that i made from a full tang claw hammer then "hard surface" rod welded, can be used to chop,slice,dice,puncture,scrape,dig,hammer,climb,throw,pry, and any other thing i can think of?

my camel back can always carry my water while on the move from spring to spring that i can easily safely fill without worry of bugs and contamination. plus i can always burn charcoal and make a filter out of a tree.

my led flashlight has a built in solar panel to recharge my battery long enough to get a fire started when i first set up a makeshift survival hide in one of the many caves in the area.

outside of that, i have every kind of animal and every kind of natural resource imaginable to help secure my survivability while I'm ridge running

yes you are already on the move fully dresses, just that your BOB fell apart due to whatever reason and something was hot on your trail and you needed to keep moving..so you only could grab 3 of the most important things

hey I'm a hermit primarily and animals are more interesting and fun to be around than people any day

and i'm quite happy just looking for interesting rocks and weird plant and trees. im sure i can talk to myself quite contently

1. Extra set of clothes.
2. Building supplies ( For making a shelter etc)
3. Gun for hunting.

Packing smart allows more room...those are my items and thats how I pack so my answer still is going to be the same.
Theres nothing wrong with combining items and using your head.

Actually, first aid spray really does exist.

- Pot
- First aid kit
- Lighter

In a quick rush just to make it to the next point I would take:

1). A gun/ammo for protection.
2). A crowbar for prying into places to get more supplies.
3). A bottle of water to hold over thirst until I get to a safer place.

Then once I arrived at a place to regroup, stock up on more long term items.

Knife...
Hammock...
