The previous graph I posted today is in the 24 khz range, even though it seems normal, that doesn't mean there is no activity in VLF. I think the 'Live Internet Seismic Server' only reaches up to 3 khz... could be activity below 24 khz.... need to find more graphs.........

The K index is in the green, though there is a small spike that could cause some fluctuating in ELF/VLF. Maybe slight geomagnetic activity could set off those seismograms? I have no ideal what the seismograms use for detection, if it's something like piesoceramics, it's possible to pick up geomagnetic activity in the 0-3khz range. Just throwing that out there... the K spikes could be caused by something else///

Heres an interesting theory''It maintains that when a Proton Burst from the Sun hits the Ionosphere..The Ionosphere and the air gap and the earth act like a Capacitor??? The build up of Protons basicly cause the earth to experience internal discharge (Lightning).....Which is the Earthquake..Just before the One in Japan the Proton count in the Ionosphere went crazy.(From an x flare sunburst).Thats Nasa figures....That would account for the reports of clocks running backward..Protons streaming in the circuts??.Earthquake lights and a host of other Geomagnetic stuff...According to Piers Morgan the astrophysaysist...Who is twenty thousand ahead at Ladbrookes for predicting quakes and bad weather and beats the Met office..we have another X flare event and things might get crappy untill the 27th of March..

This may sound majorly stupid but...

With all the hype surrounding the supermoon and the earthquake activity, is it possible that the when the moon is approaching, the moons pull would take pressure off the plates.

Meaning.. that when the moon is getting further away, the release in pull would then cause release in pressure from the plate... causing earthquakes?

Guess what im trying to say in stupid language is, wouldnt we be in that period right now? Or has it already gone?

I just blew a bubble boogy.

This doesn't sound stupid at all. LOL I am not sure if it's right but it makes sense.

That is a good link, thanks for sharing that.

As it is almost 12 hours later now, it seems the activity is still high on almost all the graphs, Doesnt seem to have settled down yet. Have to go to work soon so wont be able to watch it through the day. Hope someone else around here can take a peek at it every now and then and post if it starts to settle down or gets more active!

Thanks folks!

Cant say I like the looks of these. Someone with some knowledge in this field please step up. [/quo

Go to Quake Watch (Fragile Earth Forum) which is where all this is discussed and you'll meet the guys who can tell you all you need to know.

3-22-2011

There were 184 earthquakes on the planet yesterday.
55 of them were in Japan (4 at 6+)
80 of them in the US (AK the highest at 3.3)
49 of them spread throughout the rest of the planet.

Today (3-22-2011) was so intense! Since Sunday, I can not stand to be inside my house for feeling nauseous, terrible headaches, mini migraines, a feeling of pressure in my body, at times, feeling as if my equilibrium was off, feeling at times (internally) as if I was swaying, and from 1:00 p.m. Central time to 4:00 p.m. was so fatigued, dizzy, and discombobulated mentally, slurred speech, headaches, intense nausea that came in waves and episodes about 1-3 minutes apart [ ? ] (I was too out of it to be accurate on the timing), the feeling of waves moving through my body - sometimes the waves moved like rolling on choppy seas, and sometimes it felt like waves of energy that moved through my prone body from head to feet causing incredible pressure. All the symptoms subsided around 7-8 p.m. window.

to the Op: why didn't you post your concerns here ?www.abovetopsecret.com...
Instead of starting a thread full of fears and what if's and i don't know's? Just wondering.

Not stupid at all if you think of the mass attraction from warped spacetime.
If there is a crack-the-whip game going on, and the MANTLE is somewhat
gooey and flexible compared to our crust-- 'pull' somewhere underneath them
could be pushing the scabs around. Almost a shame to explain that 'dried
blood' is where our civilization's set up on, but hey....
the UN's set up on an old slaughterhouse, must be a reason.
All I know is if the knee stretches, Gaia's maybe stingin'.

As for the blooey gooey from somewhere, there's nothing like a moist one
to interrupt your typing for a quick nip back to the lav for inspection time.
And as close as I live to the New Madrid, and in the Illinois flatso's, there's
a line of accidental lube-ies at the door behind you.

Well first of all I wasn't trying to create a fear type of thread. I was merely pointing out a observance I had made. Second of all, I wasnt aware of that particular thread.

As far as the what ifs, well, seems to me other members have come up with their own "what ifs" on this thread. I have been pretty clear I think that I am far from being a rocket scientist about this stuff so I have been trying to figure things out on my own from a different perspective. Im certainly not trying to be disrespectful to any other thread that is in existence here. Sometimes when one bumbles along outside the box, they make interesting discoveries.
So now I am curious as to why this was your only input here?

Now that I am home from work, I see that approximately 24 hours later the graphs have settled down for the most part. I havent had the time to see what other activity has gone on today, though I will shortly. Im just trying to rule in and rule out things to get a better grasp on this.

finally found a graph that covers the HF range, of all places on the HAARP website lol...

Spectrum Monitor Waterfall Chart
This chart is a waterfall plot of the readings taken by the Spectrum Monitor for the last 36 hours. The vertical axis is the frequency, ranging from 1 - 30 Mhz and the horizontal axis is the UTC time. Spectrum samples are taken every few minutes. The color indicates intensity of received signal at each frequency, ranging from deep blue for the weakest signals to red, yellow and white for the strongest signals.

Thanks for posting that. I just looked for today 3-25 and they are still up there. Odd they were calm as could be on the 23. Guess now that Im off work for a few days I can monitor it a little better at least to get a idea of times of major fluctuation.

I really hate to start a whole new thread just for this little heads up but for anyone curious about this stuff, I just noticed that of all places , Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is almost blacked out as of this moment. Probably a glitch, but who knows. I find the location interesting to note anyway, just in case of whatever....
