I'm new here to ATS, though certainly not new to reading the forums. I've been urged to join and post on the "compass" shenanigans after reading some of the posts.

I'm from Connecticut, USA. I'm interested in hearing other viewpoints on "alternate topics" and enjoy rational, outside-the-box ideas.
