There is more than a few problems with suing the banks.

First the banks are levered 30 -1 officially, but in reality they have absolutely no real assets - their liabilities that are not being shown make them all insolvent. The only way they are staying in business is permission to lie about their true financial condition, and an unlimited supply of electronic money from the fed whenever they ask for it. A ton of the money has been siphoned off by wall street salaries and bonuses - but they are not legally liable and even if we got every penny back, it is a small portion of the damage they have done. Most of the money they have cost Americans never existed till they created it, and you can't collect something that never really existed. However the people who got promised those debts legally have the right to them and expect to be paid - often they're survival is depending on it.

Also while wall street has been playing these games they have helped to destroy our real economy. First by getting the productive members of society into levels of debt that cannot be sustained, through artificially high prices on real estate, and other assets created by easy access to credit through fraud. Second by taking well educated graduates and starting them in an industry of wealth destruction (banking) instead of going into a business that creates wealth. They have taught anyone paying attention (which I admit isn't that many, but they usually are the intelligent ones) the way to get ahead in America is to commit fraud and the bigger the better.

The Fed and congress has zero assets either. They get their money from taxing, or from devaluing the dollar, so either way you would be suing yourself and giving the lawyers a huge chunk of change in the process.

Prison is really too good for the scum on wall street and their supporters in government. They have destroyed America's economy for most likely decades, and even now are continuing to play the same game, milking the public of every cent they can.

David Kratochvil - Euro Pacific Capital: I just wanted to touch on something that was mentioned briefly in the call earlier about provincial consolidation of cable operators. I was wondering if you could provide an update on the timing of what you see happening with Hubei and Binzhou provinces, and what kind of impact you think that might that on the assets and valuations, and if you have any information about any other consolidations that have been taking place, that have already occurred; can you talk about what kind of impact those have had?

Clive Ng - Executive Chairman: Right. Thanks, David. Thanks very much. I'll take a lead on this and maybe you can input later. First of all, the two regions that we're in, Shandong and Hubei are currently undergoing consolidation. Hubei has probably the most advanced consolidation today in China in terms of consolidating their existing assets as well as, they have also listed a public company in China. The second is Shangdong; Shangdong is a larger asset given that it's in 17 cities, in Shandong province and we operate in a venture, in a co-ownership in Binzhou. What we are seeing right now is that Shandong is looking for a consolidation as a provincial play probably within the year. Within Hubei itself, I think within six months plus, we will be in discussions with the Hubei authorities, staff, as well as the government of possibly consolidating our 55% ownership into the public company in which – they're using us a local Asia consolidation play.

David Kratochvil - Euro Pacific Capital: Do you see Cablecom owning shares of the larger entity or just having the other portion that you guys don't own, the portions of this larger consolidation?

Clive Ng - Executive Chairman: I think we're trying to keep our options open. Our view from management would be that it would make probably better economics if we were to take our share and subscribe to the local A share, given that the multiples of cable assets in China are much higher. If you take a comparable as an example, Beijing Gehua, which is traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange that's about 3 million subscribers and their market cap is about $1.9 billion.

David Kratochvil - Euro Pacific Capital: That's little bit higher than Cablecom's?

Clive Ng - Executive Chairman: Yeah, a little bit higher. We believe given that we have 1.2 million to 1.3 million subs in our joint venture with Hubei, and given that once Hubei consolidates most of their system, they will be probably a 5 million to 6 million subscriber base, which will be much larger than a Beijing Gehua, and we feel that even if you took our 1.0 to 1.3 million, and our 55% ownership which give us close to 700,000, and you're talking about low range of 2s to 3s to 400 per subs, in terms of valuation. So, that's what we are trying to achieve. It's still negotiating with the government. At some instances they might prefer to buy us out, some instances they might want us to roll our stake in for equity. I think we're trying to maximize our shareholders' value.That's what we hope to do.

I totally get it. I'm pissed, too. What annoys me, however, is when somebody in the MSM finally steps up and agrees with us peons and then said peons assume they must be a shill because it looks like they are doing something right. I just wish people would get over themselves and their fears and just at least sometimes allow the possibility that somebody out there with power is on our side.

Come on. This isnt paranoia. Its common sense! This is how the world works. Dylan Ratigan, along with Gleen Beck, are conmen. Does that make them evil? depends on who you are. To a relativist, what their doing may infact be good, and contingent on some greater, esoteric idea for the future. This may involve most people in Media, government, business, so its a very persuasive opinion for them im sure.

Answer my question though. Does Dylan Ratigan have the right to speak as he does? You dont think his contract prohibits him from just saying what wants? There is a heirarchy. The Executives direct the producers, and the producers the staff (and host). They are all a team. I know the media likes to dramatize the picture as Tom Brokaw, or Dan Rathers running the show. Truth is, they are actors. Well informed, educated actors im sure. Their purpose is to be to us a father, patriarchial figure. Someone you can turn to for the truth. He is on "your side". When they and the rest open their perceptions to what's really going on, then they'll realize that the "banksters" are greedy, corrupt and more brazen than ever. I highly recommend reading a book by Joseph P. Farrell, called "Babylon's Banksters." It's an eye-opening and sobering account of what's going on as well. He's an Oxford educated academician, highly credible, well-spoken (and written) researcher who is exposing, unveiling and lifting the facade around us along with Jim Marrs, Richard Hoagland, Mike Bara and Richard Dolan.
