It looks like the US will commit about 400 special forces to the Olympics in Greece. This is gonna be one place you don't wanna be a bad guy at for sure!

I'm sure they are needed there. More people are likely to attend if they feel secure.

Wow! 1.5 billion dollars. Considering Athens will be "the" prime target for any terroist attack, it will be the safest place in the world during that time.

Though, it seems like the costs would outweigh the revenues. What is the estimated income for the Games anyway?

I'd think the income generated during the games wouldn't be able to touch 1.5 billion. I wonder what kind of restriction the security will have on themselves when they feel the need to act. Many people, many cell phones, mini tv's, radios, and other gadgets. Should be difficult if you're a trigger happy special ops guy.
