I think he watched that South Park Episode spoofing Whale Wars and how they stated that the only reason the Japanese is killing the Whales and dolphins is because they dropped the atomic bombs form airplanes. lol
But OP you do know that Japan is on the Edge of the "Ring of Fire" the most active Tectonic plate region on this earth? It was just at ticking time bomb. Not whales or dolphins.... even though that would be friggin weird if it turned out to be.
