The 80's + high-water spandex pants + a dangling ear-ring + a blonde mullet + eyeliner + MJK??

I'm hoping they add some more fall dates. Just seems kind of odd to me, to go from CA to CO, then back east to 1 show in PA.

Billy owes me anyways. That's right punk. You owe me. Stood me up. I didn't mind not getting back the money I had spent for the 2 tickets for a show, in an intimate setting of a small club. The cost wasn't much. That didn't bother me, but to book 2 shows on the same night, in completely different cities, and then not come back to the city of the canceled show was just devastating. I am sure it was a managers fault, but it still caused me to pull my ASHES dIVIDE cd out of my stereo, place it into a stack, and not touch it again for several months. So bring APC back to Louisville and you will be forgiven. please.

I don't think I had seen anything he had done with Alice In Chains in any recent years. Only stuff I think I've ever seen was from the 90's. That performance of 'Triad' is friggin awesome. I was looking through the comments to try and see what Maynard was playing. I still don't know. Some say guitar, some say bass, some say some sort of synth guitar. I really couldn't tell for sure, but I was thinking maybe bass. Not very often you see someone pounding the drums with a sweatshirt on lol.

'Jambi' (Fresno, CA, 8-6-06)

Puscifer - 'Dozo'

I don't about you, but I plan on continuing to add at least one post to this daily for awhile. There is still a lot of good quality live performances, videos, and some rare stuff. So far, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Anyways, I've been getting tired of going back over them all to double-check what songs are already on here, so I was playing around and made a little list. I just made up my own abbreviations to make it easier to remember what version it is. I might of got a little carried away with it lol, but here it is for future reference. I plan on adding one for every page, even if I am the only person that uses it.

Okay I see ALOT of videos and not much being said about him, lol. I am actually not a HUGE fan of him but enough to know a little about him. I can't find the link for it right now (I'm searchin) but I remember reading on a website about three Tool songs taht when played over each other seem to sound as one. If you can lemme know which ones they were I'd really appriciate it. Or even just the video from youtube as I can't seem to find it anymore. Maybe it was just a myth but I'm sure some true MJK fans can help me out

Sorry to disappoint you. My personal advice would be to listen to some of the many songs that are already on this thread.

If you wish to know more about MJK's life besides music, then maybe you should watch this.

"Blood into Wine", eh?

Well, with that said, for those over 21 years of age... a nice compliment to this thread might be a fine selection from Merkin Vineyards at caduceus.org! Yes, MJK owns his own vineyard, and the associated winery Caduceus Cellars.

Great topic. Dabbled a little into APC and Puscifer, but found they lacked the quality of music that Tool put forth. I think it's the same reason Tool doesn't do an acoustic album, simply because Maynard is one of the instruments of the band, and it wouldn't be anywhere close to what we've become accustomed to. Not knocking APC/Puscifer, just think the quality of music is subpar to Tool. Not that I don't like some of the APC/Puscifer songs, it's just that I don't enjoy the entire album, like a Tool album gets to me. I skip tracks on APC/Puscifer, whereas Tool can be put on repeat all for eternity and it still is fantastic.

Anyways, here's my favorite Tool song.....at the moment. In a few minutes, I'll go back to Aenima, then to Lateralus, then to Rosetta Stoned, to Swamp Song, to Push it, to Third Eye. There's just so many good songs.... Sorry, forgot this is an MJK thread, lol.
