POSSIBLITY: Another fire at Fukushima reactor 4!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT QUITE CONFIRMED AS OF YET, BUT NHK IS REPORTING THAT THERE IS SMOKE BILLOWING OUT OF REACTOR NUMBER FOUR, BUT IT IS UNCLEAR FROM THEIR FOOTAGE! OFFICIALS ARE EXPECTED TO MAKE STATEMENTS SOON!

I know this is the incorrect place for this thread, but I do not have enough posts to create my own in the appropriate place. There is reported to be another fire at reactor 4 at the Fukushima plant.
