Too bad most of the terms&conditions are only for show purposes.

There is also a rule against trolling but you would never know that if you went to any conspiracy board such as 9-11 and ufo/aliens. The level of childish insults and off-topic posts keeps rising but of course you can't ban 60 percent of the membership due to advertising revenue from the "prestige" factor of being mainstream and "credible"..........

And for my post to remain on topic, lets just say criminalising the use of narcotics was probably a bad idea from the beginning. They should have criminalised only the sale and distribution aspect! Those that have an addiction problem should be treated from a medical perspective as patients; not criminals!

there's actually a section for the discussion of conspiracies related to medicinal plants.

over the years, we've tried, repeatedly, to allow some form of discussion on the topic because it is a valid topic but, in a nutshell, here's every single discussion.

OP: I think that the gov't is keeping (insert plant name) illegal so they can milk the market for huge profits.
then there will be some links showing that the cia is involved in the drug trade and a few links about the widespread benefits of (insert drug here)


response 1: and this thread will be trashed in 3...2...1...

response 2: why? it's a valid topic

response 3: last night I was so whacked on (insert drug name) that I had a full conversation with a reptilian that turned out to be my mom's shoe.

response 4: what kind of (insert slang for plant here) were you tokin?

response 6: dude, it should be allowed and legalized because then we can go all 420 all the time

and so on.


it happens every damned time and since our resident users cannot seem to find a way to talk about the actual medical and other uses without talking about their utensils and usage, we now just ban it.

the sad truth is, we should have closed that thread the minute it went from talking about something valid to talking about how high everyone was but, oddly enough, we actually thought y'all might steer it back on topic.

we forgot who was posting. had we focused on the posts, we'd have realized the only thing that would stop the drug talk would be the moment the mass munchies hit and y'all made a beeline to rally's for some curly fries.

It's fair enough that you have to draw the line somewhere and I guess thats why you have the T&C's, so that everyone knows where that line is. I feel the image is objectifying the woman and the puppet and certainly has an element of forced participation in the Spilling Of The Milk. It is highly offensive in fact. Puppets have feelings too. Perhaps you should read the rules there yourself.

All joking aside, the actions, body language and facial expressions could (please note the "could") be interpreted as vaguely sexually suggestive and leaves part of the mind wondering what's-with-the-puppet-and-the-milk-bondage? I do believe that the image does suggest it intentionally even though you/they seem to be going for "ha ha just kidding".

Offense is in the eye of the beholder which is what makes interpretation and subsequent enforcement of the
