Sources to help Japan

Great thread.
Global Giving and the Red Cross seem great options to help Japan right now.
Me and my girlfriend will be donating money today.
I hope more people donate even though it has the illusion of being cliché and irrelevant. The more people that give, the more people will be helped.

If you can't help with your hands, help with your money.
If you can't help with your money, help with your words by spreading awareness to help.
If you do not help with words, help with your heart, prayers, meditations, focus, and intent.
