Ahh this is interesting, i'm sure i have seen a post here on ATS about this being a hoax? If it is it has fooled me!

Well, isn't this interesting...
I note that the flash seen in one of the other videos is present, as is the "shooting" up into the air. The camera then zoomed into the night sky and stayed there for awhile...I didn't see any red blinking lights like in saw in the very first video. In any case I still believe that this is more or less a hoax. It seems to be another annon poster on YouTube. I still think that if this were the "real" thing someone would have sold out to a media outlet somewhere...or something of the like. Then again, maybe they wouldn't have. But why remain so secret about it?

If I've got any facts wrong, let me know.

I believe 1, 2 & 4 might have been real. But like #3 this looks fake.

The (virtual) camera looks programmed to jitter and when it does the perspective doesn't change leading me to believe it's a static photo background.

It isn't remotely interesting because it's still a fake video...

I'm not 100% convinced that this is a fake. The sad part is that with today's CGI we will never know whether a video is real or fake. This case kind of reminds me of this UFO incident:

If this is really a hoax, I wonder if the perpetrators know that they are discrediting real UFO sightings.

can any of you explain this?

if it was a hoax, this is the most elaborate hoax i have ever seen (and i have watched a lot of sh1tty ufo videos).

if it was a hoax, would all these people in isreal who saw this ufo be in on it? is it a way to poke fun at the world for believing ufos?

if it was a hoax, how and why would they go about making this?

is it a hoax because....you cant explain it? or is a hoax because you refuse to believe that its quite possibly real?

Also why has the audio been stripped? I reckon it's because there never was any.

To elaborate: No camera handling noise (despite the shaking) or wind is present.

Does that look realistic to anyone?

What makes me wonder whether this is really fake is the flash before the UFO shoots up in to the sky. Is that really just a nice touch to make it look real? Four videos now plus commentary by one of the videographers. It seems to be a lot of work for nothing if this is a hoax.

there can be many explanations for that:

1. did you hear any audio other than the people and wind blowing in the other vids, no you didnt.

2. this person recorded it without sound since you can record things without sound.

3. where are you going to get a floating flashy thing that can jump straight up into the sky in an instant and disappear soon after?

4. there is obviously no cgi in this video.

5. there are too many witnesses to this event and it was in the news for it to be fake.

6. that is waaaay to much work involved to make something this an elaborate hoax.

7. there is still no explanation from any of you, other than you who i am replying to on why this is a hoax and because of that, im going to go with it is an anomaly of some sort that can not be explained

Looks good to me. As a guy who is interested in cameras, the dark corners some what validate the video. Cheap lenses will always have blurry corners with lower light levels. Typical for camera phone lenses. It would actually take quite a lot of work to fake that with CGI.
