Fantastic claims, require definitive proof. Please explain and post your citation to back up your claim?

Unless of course it's "the clouds looking funny" or "a video on youtube", then don't bother. I highly doubt Obama woke up one morning and said "Hey, I know what to do, lets wipe out Japan just for the heck of it! It would be great fun and give me something neat to watch on TV while on my boring South American trip that's coming up. I really hate those darn Japanese.".

On topic-

HAARP is an open book and I think that is what pisses off the naysayers. They have to concoct a fitting theory from out of thin air to say anything. It pisses them off to no end the HAARP data is available to anyone who wants it and that young students are constantly in and out of the facility and nothing is hidden from them.

They have to fall back on they would not let Ventura in
and of course not mentioning nobody would let Ventura in after acting the way he did. You could email and schedule a tour almost anytime until he pulled off that transparent stunt to make himself look important. By god he was a Marine and a Governor and the whole world should bow to Jessee and grovel at his feet
What a Maroon as Bug's would say.

Not long ago people here were in a panic over the potential loss of communications from a Solar Flare, but ironically or not so ironically, the same people are opposed to the research to protect against that, which HAARP is engaged in. Can't have it with and without Mustard at the same time, can we?

Parliamentary Members are hardly immune from being wrong, let alone being a bit nutty. I'm sure all manner of absurdity can be found in transcripts of their speeches made just to hear themselves talk and make them seem important. Begich, who is a well known nut with questionable degrees from a school that moved to Madagascar last I looked. I'd imagine he was involved and I know he is an embarrassment to Senator Begich as he peddles his supposed Russian made electronic gadgets to the illiterate and gullible. My humble opinion of course.

Yes, they let people into parts of the one HAARP facility..
They also release data..
Is it ALL the data???

What about the many other facilities similar to HAARP ??
Can you get into them ??

And do you honestly believe Obama, or any previous President, knows everything that goes on ??

Hi Blaine,
Is there any published research from HAARP on solar flares, if you could point me in the right direction, thanks

How would HAARP protect us from solar flares??
They tell us it has limited power..

I see I'm not the only one who researched that school. When I found it the first time, I downloaded the application where no Transcripts were required and the entire application was one page. You say you are an MD, that was all the proof they needed.
I wish I would have kept it. Looked like a child created it in fact.

I noticed on Ventura's little adventure where he found the locals are sick of the nut's bothering them all the time, the HAARP expert Begich seemed more interested in selling some Russian made devices that hum or whatever and cost plenty.

Used to be you just go the website and download. I lost all interest after researching Begich and HAARP. I also met a group of students from HAARP a few years ago when we happened to be at the same store in Glennallen. I asked and they said stop by anytime for a tour. Since that time, the steady stream of people with bad intent showing up and bothering them and the locals has made it so you have to set up an appointment.

Go to their website. The links are there or you can email for a tour if you wish. If you drive to the facility you will see no armed guards and find only a fence protecting it. Odd they don't have any real security at a top secret weapons site is it not
Also odd the student doing the research would keep the deep dark secrets and participate in killing innocent people for research
The fence is clearly to keep people from hurting themselves if they sneak in.

Who said protect us? The research has more to do with protecting communications. Of course the military has an interest. They would be incompetent boobs if they did not. Who knows when Mother Nature will throw us a curve ball. Imagine how people would scream if their Cell Phones went down.

Only god could protect us from the Sun.

haarp isnt even a concern to me,what is is the secret equipment of a similiar nature which may be contained on secret bases and the like.
haarp is a civilian project there are bound to be classified programs of a similair nature to haarp elsewhere which are far more powerful and dangerous,

Thanks I had the website, actually it was a bit finicky tonight for a while. When you mention Nick Begich, it seems "Nancy" removed his Wiki page, as he did not exist, and as for the OU that originated his PhD, it now seems that it is a non-existant university and has no campus and so by default, no buildings. One comment I found was that no self respecting student would even deal with this "place" Bergich persists with the title however, and is latterly dealing with the radiation in Japan. I wonder though, how he was elected twice as president to a teaching Association??

On the protection from flares thing, that was the dime the General dropped on TV by accident. At one time, it wasn't spoken of.

Basically, you can't do squat about the initial impact, but for that you can temporarily shut down. What gives you the problem is that charged particles become trapped in the inner magnetosphere and start looping with a really high velocity, and whack into your satellites for weeks (sometimes years) afterwards. That degrades the solar cells and plays havoc with the electronics.

So what you do is, you use the array to change the loops. A little steeper, a little more elliptical, and you can make the loops intersect the ionosphere instead, at which point the particles collide with gas ions, make pretty lights and are gone. The first work on that was done by Dr Helliwell at Siple Station in Antarctica years ago. Then they did a lot of research on it at Gakona, then the thing was bid out in 2004 to build a pair of demo satellites to do the same thing (some of the "mystery satellites" you may have seen on the news not that many years ago). They've also done the thing from STS missions as a non-disclosed military test project on at least a couple of flights.

By now, I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't some of your undocumented tax money involved in lofting a full blown system into place.

Of course, not only do you want to sweep the inner magnetosphere clean of trapped charged particles after a flare, it's also a real bear after what the military calls a HAND - for High Altitude Nuclear Detonation. The satellite development project wasn't billed as flare protection, but as a method for saving satellite assets following a HAND set off by one of our adversaries. It works for flares, too, though.

A teachers' union. Two actually.

Nick isn't the only guy with the mail-order doctorate though.

There's Tom Bearden, who got his through Trinity College for $400, and "Dr." Hulda Clark of Zapper fame who got hers from Clayton College of Natural Health.

Of course, there are a number of military officers who got THEIRS from Trinity too - just before we left Huntsville to relocate to Pensacola there was a holocaust out at the Arsenal, when a local TV station decided to ask "Who else out here had besides Tom had Trinity degrees?", and it turned out to be quite a few. Some highly placed officers, sad to say, who aren't any more.

Wow, what are you even doing on this forum? Do you really think Obama has any power? He DOESN'T! The men behind the scenes do. THEY make the decisions, not Barrack freaking Obama. They decided they would use HAARP to make that earthquake in Japan.

Whether or not it was HAARP, they have weapons that control the weather. You would know this if you researched time magazine. It was once started that Bill Gates was trying to control hurricanes. Let me remind you that the military is 60 YEARS ahead of us. There is no telling what they have got.

What I don't understand about all the HAARP harping, is why all these terrible things which are happening are being blamed on HAARP. Have any of our enemies been hit by these calamities? Japan, New Zealand, Chile, Indonesia, Haiti....... all the floods and tornadoes and storms in the U.S..... volcanoes going off in Iceland.... just what kind of weapon is this that we use to only attack allies or neutral countries or ones which we need not fear? Was Haiti ready to invade us? Was Japan planning another Pearl Harbor? Was New Zealand harboring Al Qaeda? PPPPHHTTTT!!!!!!!!! Sounds pretty nonsensical to me. I wonder if our enemies are quaking in their boots, seeing how much damage we can do to friends of ours, imagine what we could do to them! lol Frankly, if it were that uncontrollable, you might think that just from a purely statistical standpoint, one of our enemies might get struck now and then? To balance out the bell curve or something? Is our aim that poor?

You guys are silly if you think your going to get a full tour of their highly classified HAARP facility? You would be meet by tour guides who say follow me, all the while giving you a full line of BS as you pass by several closed doors with little scientist talking about geophysics and world domination!

HeresHowItGoes
HAARP is not just a civilian project, if you read on their site it is used to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.... as to what else it can do is probably classified information and used by the DoD behind closed doors, their not going to tell civilians how the geomagnetosphere is related to plate tectonics or ways to manipulate magnetic-field causing earthquakes with their antenna arrays etc...

Oh yep... And the HAARP Time Travel feature needs to be turned on because at least 1500 years ago (Thats before HAARP was even made, can you believe that!) Bṛhat Saṃhitā wrote about Earthquake clouds and used them as a method of prediction and severity.

Those pesky time machines, making anciant people all a twitter (no pun) in their works...

Obviously HAARP has time travel features, because no one can prove that it doesn't.

There's many "HAARP" like installations all over the world. The EU as well. As for weather and earthquake manipulation weapons systems... these have been spoken of in high level conferences before. Such research isn't in the realm of "conspiracy theories" but actual projects.

International negotiations have and do deal with THIS. One might think ATS members would KNOW this.

Well, not really. There are weather projects, but none have to do with ionosphere heaters. They're big into cloud seeding.

Your statement could as well be rephrased as - There's many AH-6C helicopters all over the world, the EU as well. As for earthquake and weather manipulation systems...these have been spoken of in high level conferences before.

Ok - two statements of fact - there are AH-6C helicopters, and there have certainly been weather manipulation systems spoken of, likely earthquakes as well, The two statements, however, have nothing to do with each other. The speaker is trying to draw you into making a connection where none exists or is implied. Begich does this all over Angels.

While I'm sure Serafine wasn't doing it intentionally, it was too good an example to pass up. I call it the Tigers and Rocks fallacy - I'm sure there's a real name for it, probably a non-sequitur post propter hoc or something.

I'm tapping these magic rocks together.
There are no tigers here. This is a proven fact.

The proven absence of tigers is not conspiracy, but truth. Wake up sheeple.
