Suspected aftershocks near the red circle spots.

CNN confirms 6.6 in Nagano Japan.

The USGS must be overloaded at this time as I still do not see this posted on their site nor have I recieved a Tweet from USGS or NewEarthquake.

CNN states this is a completely separate quake, not an aftershock.


This just in from USGS, doesn't seem to be in Nagano however:

Alright. This one is not that big, eventhough IBS decided to make a bigger report on this one aswell. Seems like around shindo 4 ( 4-5 richter scale)

During the day, they have only flashed the info text for earthquakes under shindo 6. Anyway, the 6.6 one 13 minutes ago at niigata prefecture will probably do some damage

I think it is because Chernobyl was in the process of nuclear fusion, thus creating a far greater intense pressure. From their (the IAEA) rough idea a potential meltdown would literally just melt away - not create the intense burning fire and huge explosion that ripped about Chernobly.

A potential comparison was made to nuclear disaster in America (cannot remember the place, forgive me)

UPDATE:- Possible problem with the nuclear power plant...radioactive vapour will be released to ease pressure in reactor 1. Could equal radiation leak at Fukushima Power station evacuating 3000 people in a nearby city.

Its not nuclear vapor. Its nuclear waste. It is very harmful to our health, causes leukemia, cancer, etc. etc. Nothing safe about this, they are just sugar coating it.

1908: A magnitude 6.6 quake has now struck in central Japan, AP news agency reports, causing Tokyo buildings to sway. It is not clear if this is connected to the earlier quake and aftershocks. More on this as we get it.

Still working my way through this thread but I wanted to mention also that it looks like there are two seperate poles represented in the lower left portion of the image, which is the view from above the north pole if I am correct.

I also wanted to mention that all day yesterday, I had been having these odd "directed spike" headaches which is highly unusualy for me. I RARELY get headaches, but had several throughout the day all day, very intense and very small in 'size' as if a spike were being driving into my head (most notably through my right eyeball) and have had one more earlier today. They haven't lasted very long, but were quite intense for their duration.

I know there's been some discussion of this in the Arkansas Swarm thread so I thought I would mention this here. Probably not related, but you never know, eh?

Please give us a link i´m watching 3 live feeds simultaenously.

I live in Oregon, so I was scared #less about the tsunami warning, especailly since I live an hour away from where the tsunami's would be.

Anyone else believe this has been caused by HAARP? That or it's only contributing to the climate shift that is bound to take place soon.
